Working air conditioner, nice and clean bathroom. If you want to leave your luggage after check-out, they have a storage room where you can leave it. You can even take a shower after you checked out, if there is a need. The location is perfect - close to the city center and there are a lot of nice bars nearby.

For me the bed was quite hard.

Excellent location: many restaurants nearby (check out the desayunos on the Carrer de Blanquerna: tree-lined pedestrian area with many different eating possibilities and little shops), the city centre is close, easy access from the airport. The staff is great: very friendly and helpful. There is somebody at the reception 24/7. Clean. Silent. Good value for money compared to the other accommodations in town.

The room was a bit small, as was the bathroom, but everything was clean. The furniture was a bit old, but the room was good value for money. Perfect for short stays.

we literally only slept here, but got upgraded to a family room for free (so i could sleep in separate room to my dad). the rooms were very minimal - wardrobe and and bed (wardrobe only in one room). shower and bath. friendly and helpful reception staff. clean rooms and bathroom. really basic, but that's all we needed

We had the chances to take food and water and put them in a small fridge next to the bed. I think that was a perfect and useful way to help costumers like us who travelled a lot during the stay.

What I didn't like was the fact that the room was extremely hot, it wasn't refreshed at all. It was a bit a unpleasant especially when you come back from a sunny day at the beach.

Excellent service-very friendly staff! The room was very clean ( was cleaned every day ) and it had all desirable facilities. Perfect location-the street is busy , but with that atmospheric, authentic vibe . The Old Town and the most popular spots are only short walk away ( relatively short if you like walking 🙂) .

This hotel is inexpensive for Palma and whilst it isn't very close to the centre, it is only a 10 minute walk to the bus/train station. Good value for our last night with an early flight out. Would recommend to those on a tighter budget

This place is a walking distance from the bus terminal and not too far from the shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. We were skeptical about the place from the rating on the website. But overall was good. We also got a huge balcony where one could sit outside for a meal and do sunbathing. We also enjoyed a big bath in the room.

The air-con was a bit old and loud. There was no breakfast.

Great location, 5min walk to Plaza de España and Carrer Sant Miquel. ~15-20 min walk to the Cathedral. Given the price, the room was ok, the beds were comfortable (although the pillows so so). It was very clean.

If I had to mention something, the pillows were not great. Other than that, given the price, it would be unfair to complain about something else.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. They also changed our towels every day. The hotel was really close to the central bus/train station which was a plus. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful

A hotel with a bus stop right in front of it, very chic, elevator, very comfortable rooms and all the facilities in the bathroom from hair dryer to soap/shampoo. The hotel staff is very kind, at check-out, having an evening flight, we were able to store our luggage without any problems (at no additional cost.)
