Excellent location and short walk from the beach and the aqua park opposite. An easy journey from the airport- we hired a car for the transfer and was an easy drive and plenty of parking in the hotel. The bungalows were spacious and ideal if you have children as they give you more space than a hotel room and less worried about noise. I loved our inside/outside second shower room. So nice to shower under the stars. Room was clean and modern. Plenty of storage and iron/hairdryer/kettle. All inclusive food was delicious and plenty of variety. Fresh omelettes cooked in the morning and every breakfast you could wish for. Pool was fun and children loved it. Entertainment was enjoyable and plentiful. Nice extras like the water orbit balls were included in the price. All round throughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Although an inclusive some of the ice cream and cocktails were extra. I had to buy bottled water everyday from the on site supermarket.

Food & facilities exceeded our expectations. If you think/plan it you can have a totally different meal every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff and entertainment all very good. Rooms well maintained and cleaned. The pool towels being provided was a great bonus.

Not really complaining but if I have to mention a few things, TV signal was poor sometimes (freezes and then comes back in real time so you can miss bits of the programme, not that we spent much time watching TV). I could hear too much of the people next to us through the connecting door (again not a major issue) on occasion.

There is a good family atmosphere, catering for all ages. The location is great, slightly out of town, meaning there isn’t a great deal of noise pollution at nighttime. The single storey, bungalow style rooms are great as it limits the number of neighbours you have. The staff were all lovely, friendly and worked hard. There’s a gym and a laundry room, along with several nice perks that you might expect at a more expensive resort. We would recommend this property to others seeking a similar holiday and we would stay here again.

Each of the bungalows is portioned in to side A and side B, this means they have adjoining doors in the room, so you can hear your neighbours very loudly. We were also aware that they could hear us! This I appreciate is a big advantage for large families so it’s a personal preference. The children’s playground could do with a refresh. Some toddler friendly play equipment would be great. Some cosmetic things are needed here and there, repainting needed on the outside of buildings. There was a small damp spot on the wall in our room that needs addressing.

I liked that the rooms were all on the ground floor. There were lots of things to do during the day - especially for children. A very good snack bar at the pool. The food in the main restaurant was nice and plentiful.

The chill out bar near to the reception had no atmosphere, just some music would have helped and the white wine was awful.

Mostly ok, Quality of Wine was very low and undrinkable, price of a bottle was £15 cheapest rising to next price £25.

Hotel was very popular with families with young children, very noisy at times. Having to queue for drinks 1 waiter, 20 , 20 -30 minute queues. The smell of sewage was always present, sometimes we were awakened gagging and having to close the windows and doors.

Location was great, staff helpfully and friendly. Rooms are big. Food was good, a lot of choice.

Rooms could be cleaner. Rooms also need some maintenance work done, walls, floor etc. but in general lovely bungalows, lots of space and beautifully designed.

Very friendly staff which provided a great holiday atmosphere. Lovely large rooms in beautiful gardens. Great breakfast, other meals were fine too could be even better with a couple of tweaks. Although towards the back of Playa Blanca it's only 15 minutes walk to the start of the main area and 30 minutes to the main nightlife plus taxis are very cheap €4-5 euros to the main areas

The food could be hotter and more refined for dinner, there are a la carte choices included which is a great option

Hotel staff very friendly & extremely accommodating. Nothing too much trouble to assist with any issues. Maids were very friendly & punctual each day ensuring room was kept clean. Food was of a good standard & the restaurant/bar staff work very hard in keeping all guests happy. Great entertainment for guests with young children every evening in a designated entertainment zone away from the main hotel area.

There is major issue with guests reserving sun beds at the poolside early in the morning. If you don’t get a towel on the bed by 6am you have very little chance in getting a sun bed by the pool for the rest of the day. The hotel have a major headache in trying to police this and would be unfair to give them bad press for this. Apart from this issue everything else was excellent with our stay at playa blanca.

Loved this property, loved the layout of the complex, each room was like your own little bungalow, good choice of food, super clean and friendly helpful staff.

I would have preferred a sun lounger on my terrace, plenty of room for one as not everyone likes to sunbathe next to the pool

Nice hotel, with nice pools and a lot of activities. Really friendly waitress and animators. Great experience overall

All perfect maybe it will be nice to have more vegan options a part of the normal veggies
