Hotel has a good location away from any hustle and has a spacious and free parking right in front of it. Those who are not comming by car might struggle to get to a nearest bust stop as the main road is quite far away, but that is the price for being in a rural area. Hotel consists of small villas, ours had 3 rooms, but as every villa looks the same from the outside, I guess it is a standard. Place is spacious, with private terrace, ours had sea view, which added nice touch to a morning coffee. The hotel's staff members are welcoming and accommodating. Throughout our stay, they consistently displayed a warm and helpful attitude, which added a positive touch to our experience. Hotel has a swimming pool and while it is not extraordinary, the swimming pool area served its purpose. There is also a restaurant and a bar but we didn't attend either. One of the neat features of this hotel is its access to a oceanfront promenade, allowing us to take strolls by the ocean and enjoy breathtaking views of waves hitting the cliffs and sunsets.

The rooms are showing signs of age and wear, the furniture is old and the beds are far from being comfortable and are noisy as they are spring-based. Children's pool was closed during our stay. There is also a children's playground, but it consists of only a basic equipment.

The staff were exceptional. It was quiet and remote and exactly what we wanted as a family. The food was actually delicious and flavoursome. Peaceful. I mean genuinely it was lovely coastal walk and fantastic views. The site has vast potential and could incredible.

The site itself needs a high amount of maintenence Baby pool needs retiling and the rooms need a mass makeover. There are facilities that are no longer available like the kids club which is an honest shame and entertainment was very light especially to say you are a long distance from town centre. There is no air con at all. The tv is tiny and in the bedroom. Parts of wall had blown and started falling off, paint flaking from the walls. Door handle fell off. Its just minor issues that didnt cause us problems but definitely arent ideal

I understand that the resort is closing down shortly and that somebody else is taking over I found the current staff and management excellent to deal with very helpful and particularly at problem solving it is not five star but the people that are currently running it were very authentic and the chef was absolutely excellent the location is far out I just hope the group that has bought it will not lose the excellent staff that are there currently there was nothing put on about these people and we greatly enjoyed this authenticity and hope this culture continues

A very nice place at a reasonable price. The villas are quite outdated but very spacious with good size living room, bedrooms and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good although very repetitive - but I'm not complaining as we had churros every morning :). People arround where nice. No working air conditioning (as we already knew from description, so no surprise) but not really needed at the begining of June. The pool was very good also. Also there is an promenade just between the villas and the lava rocks sea side very nice to walk and watch the waves. We had a good time at VIK Coral Beach. Thank you.

We loved the sea view villa - number 33 was as close to the sea as you could get, the views were fantastic. The water in the bathroom seems hotter now than when we've been previously as before there was hardly enough for a bath as the tank is so small. The food in the restaurant has improved significantly, it's really nice. Wish the drinks were included though, it's a shame we have to pay for these separately makes what would be a seamless procedure awkward as we have to pay before we leave. We like the all-inclusive feel of previous visits. We particularly like Marianne and the smiley gentleman waiter (Carlos?) in the restaurant. We were allowed to check in early because the room was ready. The gates at the bottom of the complex are left open longer now so you can go for a walk by the sea later without being locked out.

I understand the need for cleanliness but there was something about the strength of the disinfectant/cleaning solution used by the cleaner that made us sneeze! We really need larger drinking cups and drinks glasses in the villa - both provided are tiny and we have to drink during the day!!! Large glasses for water are needed.

The villa was spacious and clean The location with a sea view was beautiful The swimming pool was great and heated so could swim every morning The breakfast was good especially the coffee and rolls

You really do need a car as the centre of playa blanca is at least an hours walk away The outside furniture was a bit tired one of the patio chairs was broken My bed had no headboard !! The towels were very worn and I was given some towels with holes in!! On the 1st night my pillow case was dirty although this was quickly rectified when I complained The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and although I complained this was not rectified Overall the hotel just needs a bit of an overhaull

Really quiet place, also due to the low season, very few guests and more than comfortable villas, clean and comfortable. warm welcome from the staff, open to suggestions and gave good advices to trasvel across the island.

the quality of the food is below expectations, especially for dinner. breakfast buffet is ok, good in quantity but not that good in terms of variety. staff in the restaurant not as nice as the reception.

The hotel is a little tired and rough around the edges but the accomodation and rooms are perfectly clean and tidy self contained 2 bedroom bungalows. - what do you expect for €500 for a week with breakfast for 4??? Yes it is quite far out but most people with have a hire car or failing that taxis are very reasonable! We walked to the Marina several times along the lovely promenade and got a taxii back.

Breakfast and dinner buffets are very nice, including selection of nice wines. The villas are spacious, very comfortable for 4 adults, but can accommodate 5 (couch is actually quite comfortable to sleep on). Nicely kept common areas and gardens. Location is very nice with an open ocean view, aside from the busy tourist hubs. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sleeping on couch is not optimal, as the common living room is then a pass-through room for accessing the kitchen and toilet. Pillows' shapes are not ideal, but that is rather subjective. Some extra shade on villa patio would be nice to have.

The staff were so friendly. The pool was always empty and no sunbed wars. The beds were so hard so were the pillows so the week I didnt sleep well. We had half board and breakfast alot of variety and had drinks included. Only main meal and dessert and bought drinks for evening meal. So bumped the holiday price up. We went in at 7pm every night when they opened found lots of flies around the food which put us off. But all in all Was a good price for a week away, loved it was a villa type bungalow not a big hotel block and all very clean. Cleaners came in every day except sun and wed. Kids club was a small shed in the playground but my daughter got facepaints every night as they didndt have things like a disco or other things as no kids turned up.

How hard the bed was. It was abit out of the main town but we had a hire car so no issue to us.
