Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Spotless rooms. Lovely pool area.

Too many people putting towels on beds at 6am! Not enough parasols around the pool.

Very friendly and efficient staff, lovely size rom and balcony with better view than expected and all very clean.

Did not like buffet restaurant, although excellent selection of food, sadly luke warm and self service. Not want we expected

The staff at the star prestige pool bar and the restaurant were amazing!! The hospitality of the staff were fantastic. The toilets in star prestige were very clean throughout the day. Our room was spacious and lovely. Loved the double shower and the big closet. Variety of food in the buffet were excellent All inclusive was worth it as alcohol and snacks are available throughout the day. Also lots of entertainment throughout the day, especially the sangria workshop snd mojo workshop.

The staff at the reception team were not friendly. They were doing their job but just didn't go the extra mile to introdu e facilities and services. They often cut us short and provided minimal amount of info. We had to go back and ask many questions and often they were not welcoming or friendly. Would also be better if there's an a la carte restaurant in the star prestige side, to offer more premium food. The quality of the buffet is average sometimes.

There are no rules at the pool prestige club area. Before 8 o'clock in the morning all loungers were occupied with towels and not a person to be seen. The rule should be: You will be assigned a towel and lying down when you come. When you leave you have to hand in the towel again and the lounger is free for another guest.

- very big, clean and modern facility with lots of pools and amenities - the buffet (not self-service due to c19) presented plenty of (healthy) choices, outstanding freshness of the food with a very nice staff: always kind and available. Very broad spaces. It was definitely the best part of the whole experience! - room very spacious, with living room, modern bathoroom, and everything you need to have a great holiday - very good location in Lanzarote - free parking near the hotel - entertainment: evening singing show, sports activities in the pool, etc. - very good attention and organization to health and safety measures - pool areas and garden areas very well-cared - good location in the Island

- Wifi connection was weak and often instable in our bathroom living room (lateral pool view) - we were disappointed with our bed as a couple: 2 small single beds united. Not very 5 stars... - check in was a bit messy and unclear: we weren´t welcomed too warmly and weren´t told exactly how to proceed, and waiting too long to finally get the information we needed in order to check-in. It was a bit annoying as we were tired from our trip and just wanted to get in our room. We suggest to improve this aspect.

Kids pool was great although the beds around kids pool were less comfortable than main pool, no idea why, we felt that the hotel was punishing parents or something! Amazing views from the hotel and really easy to walk to Playa Blanca where they have loads of restaurants and bars and Playa Flamingo with a lovely beach (10-5mins stroll). No need to stick to the boring buffet in the hotel for all meals much better to get out and explore the other many restaurants available.

This is not a 5 star hotel, you can't get food/drinks brought to your sun beds, it is a struggle to replace/renew dirty pool towels, sound proofing on the lower floors (we were on ground) was not great as you can hear furniture being moved all over the place above, late at night it became a problem. We had a few issues with air con and the noise and requested to move but were largely ignored so we just got on with it. But overall we had a good time and you cannot beat the views/location & staff for the hotel.

Everything was really beautiful. Starcamp was exceptional.

The only very minor problem was the lack of pool towels - pity there wasn't a system in place where you could leave your towels in and get new ones - You got a towel at the beginning of your stay but there was very few times when you could change them... only a few towels available and only after asking a good few times... not sure if it was due to the number of people in the hotel..

Second time here and will definitely return! The staff in all areas (reception, wait and bar staff, cleaning crew and star camp entertainers) were all so friendly and accommodating which made the stay very enjoyable! The swimming pools are all great and the Star Camp disco and afternoon water blanket are definitely favourites for my kids!! Flamingo beach is very close and such a beautiful beach!

We loved everything! The only reason I couldn’t give full marks was because the water machines around the facility were temporarily broken on the last few days of our stay but the staff were helpful at dinner in trying to find us water that was drinkable!

On arrival we upgraded to the adults only part of the hotel. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, well-appointed. The staff were all exceptionally good. The food was excellent. The hotel was in an excellent position on the coast and we were able to explore on foot.

When we were encouraged to upgrade on arrival, we’d been travelling for hours and were tired and couldn’t take in the oral list of what was included. Although we thoroughly enjoyed the better facilities, I’m not convinced that it was good value for money. And we were totally confused as to what was included - as were other guests. A written list should have been included, to avoid the confusion we encountered.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent, the food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. It is also in a great location.

One small negative - guests putting out their towels on sun beds as early as 7am and leaving them there for most of the day so there were very few free sun beds when the hotel was very busy.
