Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Spotless rooms. Lovely pool area.

Too many people putting towels on beds at 6am! Not enough parasols around the pool.

There are no rules at the pool prestige club area. Before 8 o'clock in the morning all loungers were occupied with towels and not a person to be seen. The rule should be: You will be assigned a towel and lying down when you come. When you leave you have to hand in the towel again and the lounger is free for another guest.

The staff at the star prestige pool bar and the restaurant were amazing!! The hospitality of the staff were fantastic. The toilets in star prestige were very clean throughout the day. Our room was spacious and lovely. Loved the double shower and the big closet. Variety of food in the buffet were excellent All inclusive was worth it as alcohol and snacks are available throughout the day. Also lots of entertainment throughout the day, especially the sangria workshop snd mojo workshop.

The staff at the reception team were not friendly. They were doing their job but just didn't go the extra mile to introdu e facilities and services. They often cut us short and provided minimal amount of info. We had to go back and ask many questions and often they were not welcoming or friendly. Would also be better if there's an a la carte restaurant in the star prestige side, to offer more premium food. The quality of the buffet is average sometimes.

Second time here and will definitely return! The staff in all areas (reception, wait and bar staff, cleaning crew and star camp entertainers) were all so friendly and accommodating which made the stay very enjoyable! The swimming pools are all great and the Star Camp disco and afternoon water blanket are definitely favourites for my kids!! Flamingo beach is very close and such a beautiful beach!

We loved everything! The only reason I couldn’t give full marks was because the water machines around the facility were temporarily broken on the last few days of our stay but the staff were helpful at dinner in trying to find us water that was drinkable!

the bedrooms are a little basic, beds etc are grand for a few days but not if you were a little older or staying a longer period of time

very good location, close to beach, the staff are doing a great job. Seems like the owner is running a lean business with staff doing multitasks. The animator guy who is doing aqua gym instruction, he is also a yoga instructor, a fitness instructor and a performer at night show. So, the guys and girls doing a great job. Reception people are good, especially Severine, a French lady was very helpful. Fresh juices at the breakfast were very appreciated.

the reason for not 9 points is that when we were taking food at the breakfast buffet we saw cockroaches running there next to food in 2 consecutive days. We didn't look for insects, but when you see them, it ruins the whole experience.

The stay exceeded expectations in all ways. The buffet was delicious with a lot of variety. The facilities were perfect with lots of activities for kids and adults. The personnel was superb: that included receptionists, waiters and people working behind the ovens at the buffet. Special mention to the entertainment team: the musical and juke box shows were something to remember.. we really had a blast ! Our favorite fitness trainer was Tony 😃 Definitely an unforgettable trip thanks to the great views, location, facilities and amazing staff!

That we have post vacational depression and we didn’t want to leave !

The Entertaining team were amazing for their exercise classes, customer care especially the manager Mathias who was Italian and Tony who did the classes and aqua. The cleaners kept our room immaculate and also the hotel communal rooms and pool area.

The disabled room 1105 was not suitable for my disabled husband. The toilet was tucked behind a wall that was too near to the toilet. When using the walk in shower it flooded the whole shower and toilet area. We booked half board and we’re constantly harassed by senior staff for our room number and signature, when buying drinks. They demanded this information whilst we were eating our food and also when we hadn’t even had our drinks brought to us.

- excellent variety for breakfast - good sized room with nice sea view - no problem with car parking - close to other restaurants - clean bathroom - very good blackout curtains - staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) was very helpful and friendly.

- I felt there were no options for having a light dinner on the premises (e.g. pizza to share) without going for the all inclusive dinner buffet or room service. But there wasn’t an option to eat something light at the pool. I think they should extend the lunch pizza options to dinner time as well.
