Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel

Our suite was amazing and had pool and ocean views (Room 220- request it, you won’t regret it) and it was steps from the pool bar and restaurant. It was spacious, updated, clean and the beds were decent. It was also nice to have a separate sitting room with couch and tv for times when you wanted to be out of the sun. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Buffet was small, 1 night we had to wait for a table. Also food choices were minimal but what was available was good. Quiet atmosphere, the place was a ghost town after 11pm Far from the beach

Comfortable bungalows with terrace with sunloungers. Food an acceptable standard. Relaxed atmosphere.

Evening entertainment was poor and starting time of 9 is quite late when it's outside and cold in winter. Mattresses could be replaced.

We loved all the meals (we had all inclusive so three meals a day) and we felt there was a great range of food offered. We got to try a lot of tasty Canarian dishes. Drinks were good too with the bar offering a mixture of wine, cocktails, spirits and beer etc. The staff were honestly fantastic, all really friendly and smiley - made the stay super enjoyable. We loved the evening entertainment with Rocket and Juan and felt they really pulled out all the stops. We had a lovely two bedroom bungalow between three of us which was amazingly spacious- had a living room and our own little veranda. Bathroom was really clean with a walk in shower and facilities excellent. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the hotel, I'd love to go back!

Only small comment is that I would have liked for the swimming pools to be a bit warmer.

Lovely, clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, good choice and quality.

Some parts of the room furniture and decor were a little tired.

The room was spotless, cleaned everyday, we had a seaview from our room, the pool area was beautiful. Really well maintained.

A bit more variety of hot food would be good, but no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay , staff are great very helpful and friendly . Rooms cleaned and good variety of food .

Breakfast and dinner choices were excellent and with a lot of variety and very well done. Personnel were friendly and respectful. Room was well presented and comfortable beds. Love the scenery!!

Bathroom- the shower screen was not properly sealed so was leaking water to the bathroom floor. This needs to be sorted for future guest. Room 217.
