Staff are lovely, food is lovely, such a fun place for kids … and nice clean pools etc.

no mirrors were ever cleaned, shower was dirty when we got there and haven’t been cleaned at any point by the cleaners whilst there. People Do hog the sun beds (All of them) by 7am which is highly annoying and unfair on others! it needs to be stopped by staff, I genuinely watched 6 sunbeds untouched for 5 hours whilst I sat on a chair because I couldn’t get a bed and watched as these people came back from the beach … sat on them for 10 mins and then picked up there towels and left!

very clean hotel from the rooms, restaurant to pool and loungers. really liked the choice of food available for breakfast and dinner. staff were very friendly on arrival and the reception team rang us on our second day of our stay to see how we getting on excellent customer service. air conditioning in room worked very well and the room itself was lovely and spacious for a couple travelling.

unfortunately we were not too keen on the options avail able for lunch not a-whole lot of vegetarian and vegan options during lunch. just pasta and pizza. beds were very uncomfortable and hard and pillows were way to soft with no support. if we could make a suggestion at the buffets to make signage for vegetarian/vegan area so guests know that the food is vegetarian as it can be hard to know at times of pasta has meat in it or not.

Staff were friendly and helpful Food was exceptionally good and tasty Taxis were only 3e into town so good location Entertainment was great most nights and the girls were so lovely. Bar staff were such lovely friendly lads. Felt safe leaving stuff around the apartment as cleaners didnt touch anything as this has happened me before elsewhere. Nice family resort and felt it was safe for children in the area. Was great how all the visitors were chatting to one another and having the laugh . Let's not forget the amazing shower in the bathroom I think I spent more time in there than anywhere else haha , great heat and pressure of water. Balcony view was nice facing out .

Pool was suppose to be heated 1 was ok but the other two were freezing cold considering it was January. The heaters out the back had no gas in them for nearly 4 nights so was cold out the back . Sofa beds where rock hard and uncomfortable in the rooms. Supermarket was very expensive beside hotel ..and the fact they charge 2.95 at the atm for a transaction :/

Accommodation was very good. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Grounds well tended and added to a lovely atmosphere. Pool and waterpark options are brilliant. The children in our party were delighted. Lots of food options which were tasty and fresh. Initial greeting by reception was terrific. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The staff looking after our room were lovely. Very nice and obviously very good at their jobs. Anh requests we had were dealt with very quickly.

Litter bins were not emptied regularly. Litter blowing around site at times. Two aggressive guests who I believe should have been dealt with more strictly by management as they made other guests uncomfortable.

Decent sized room. Exceeded expectations in that department. More like a small apartment. Variety of pools for the kids and attached water park is quite a good for what it is as well.

Felt like all inclusive option was slightly confusing/all over the place. Ice cream only included until 3.30pm. Middle of the day when kids want ice cream. After that 2-3.50 euro a pop and most/the best ones aren't available. Food was basic. No walkable local supermarkets (e.g Aldi or local independent shop) for cheaper hotel room essentials than the on site supermarket.

There is a lot to like about HL Paradise Island, Waterpark 1 min walk from your room, Food is very good always a choice, All Inclusive is only way to go with drinks and food for everyone. This does exactly what it says on the tin, It’s not the Ritz but it’s perfect for a family get away.

Not going to slate the hotel but the rooms are really basic,Its 1 bedroom and 2 sofa couches that make the other bed.Still A bed, Shower, TV what else do ya want. The Hotel just needs a small revamp, A mini golf course, And different games for kids. Rooms needs upgrading big time.

Took the kids for 5 days. They had an amazing time. Lots to do. Lots of different food to choose from. Staff were brilliant with the kids

The staff in the shop / supermarket were VERY rude. The one lady shouted at my 8 year old Autistic Son for not wearing a top to buy an ice lolly!? I would not have minded if they had said something to myself who he was with him at the time - As there was no sign up to state that t-shirts must be worn!! We did not use the shop again after this. There is just no need to be rude.

The whole set up of the complex. Food was very good with a huge selection so something to suit everyone. The staff all over the complex were super friendly and helpful and very hard working. Extra large towels supplied for poolside. Housekeeping 6 out of 7 days, very thorough. Lifeguards on duty all day doing an excellent job at the pool. Games at the pool every morning and always very friendly staff organising them. The grounds are kept in great condition and the gardening staff were always friendly and work very hard.

The bed was a little too hard. I would have liked a leaflet with more information about gym, water park location, the weeks entertainment plans, the option for different foods in the restaurants etc. I thought it would be a better idea to do hot food at the pool bar after lunch was served in the restaurant instead of at the same time. The music at the pool needs to be reviewed as some of it was very inappropriate for children. Sun loungers on the rooms patio would be a huge bonus.

everything!! from start to finish Excellent resort for kids, big & small receptionist was amazing and very friendly and help get us 5 apartments all close to each other, there was 9 adults 4 kids age 4,4,1 & 3 months all the adults loved the big slides and the kids loved all the pools In water park and main pools, cold or not they were in them bar staff all lovely and friendly rooms are large and very cleaned, they were cleaned daily except on a Wednesday. we had 2 balconies air con in bedrooms Great shower & black out curtains food was delicious a selection of different pizza made in front of you in a pizza oven every night on one side of the restaurant best pizza the other side had a great selection of baked ham roast chicken full salmon a few types of different fish pork chops liver, selection of rices potatoes vegetables each nigh, salad buffet was also amazing so many to choose from and another selection of cold meats Loved the chicken wings also you get pool towels from reception mini disco was my favourite part watching my grandsons dance away on stage they loved it from 8pm entertainment starts at 9:30pm they have staff going around taking pictures if you wish to buy, we did we paid €180 for a usb stick with about 600 -700 pictures of us all at the pool and then booked a photo shoot for 5:30pm for when the sun was going down of our group and also individual families of our group also got 20 printed for €10 in the deal for buying usb we will be definitely back again

Could not fault this hotel one bit. From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely and we did arrive before check in time when they gave us our bands and told us to go for lunch and they would call us when the room was ready. I had read a lot of reviews that criticised the food but we thought for all inclusive and somewhat out of season they had a great variety to offer. We were given a sea view although the hotel is a bit back from the seafront it was still lovely to look out over. Apartment was a very large size amd fully stocked with everything you would need. Pool area was great and even the lunch time food at the pool bar couldn't be faulted. We are also returning in April 2023.

One very small thing, round the glass shower panel had a bit of mould but I know many wouldn't notice this.
