The staff were excellent & an asset to the hotel. Christian was fun & lovely with children of all ages. The red haired receptionist was friendly & thorough. All restaurant staff were excellent & lovely with our baby grandsons. The breakfast & dinner menus were very good with lots of choice & plenty of fresh fruit. There was always a choice of grilled meat & fish at dinner which was cooked at the buffet for any individual. We ate very well. We liked the baby pool which was shallow & heated to a good temperature. Great views of the pools from our apartments. Handy location for hiring bikes for all abilities at nearby hotel. Little shop on site was very useful.

One of our 1 bedroom apartments did not have working air-con which was a shame for the couple with a young baby. A few more parasols on site would be useful around the pool. We also walked to the beach for several afternoons & bought our own parasols from a local supermarket.

Everything was clean, beds comfortable, heated pool was a god send! great little shop on site. facilities in the apartment were great. The position was fab.

Shower could have done with a deep clean as grout was grubby. Fridge was rusty on the outside but worked ok. One of the beds in the bedroom squeaks really loudly which was annoying as it would wake us when my husband turned each time at night! Not a major issue for most people but aircon was directly above the bed and as I’m a light sleeper I couldn’t sleep with it on! Also no aircon in the sitting room and it was too warm for our second week there so the girks of us ended up sleeping in the bedroom on the mattresses from their beds. Restaurant was not good for lunch (we were self catering so didn’t really use it)They didn’t have chips one day or cheese another ! The shop was pretty decent but always out of milk! No aircon In the entertainment room at night which was very uncomfortable.

PERFECT for families The on-site water slides are excellent for the kids and the pool staff are constantly keeping the surrounding common areas clean . The on-site shop is so handy Kids club staff do a brilliant job .

Only down fall for me is the food on-site . In 2023 I think it’s hard to find a very bad meal . I didn’t have half board or full etc but went for lunch in the restaurant and it’s 1/10 to be honest . If you want to make this place perfect , improve the menu and quality of food . Didn’t take away from our fun and I don’t want to be critical .

The property has everything you need and a bit more. Its just 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants. Heated swimming pools are the must have during the winter, they also offer good gym and great sauna and spa. Its a very quiet place, might be not for young people but perfect for those who need some good rest. The restaurant is very good, I'd not go for a half/full board as there are so may interesting places to eat around, but we were very happy to go there few times. There is a shop inside (fair prices), which is very handy. Clean. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it!

Ok, its fair 3 stars and not new. Everything is a bit off. If you are choosy, this place is not for you. Be ready to play pool with unbalanced pockets using awful cues. And it would be nice if the gym opens earlier, 10 am is a way too late!

First time I stayed in one of these resort hotels. Got it cheap as it was the tale end of the covid period. This is not the sort of place I would normally be able to afford to stay in. It made a nice change to stay in somewhere nice. This resort was excellent. The hotel room was perfect. Should have stayed here longer.

As this was still in the covid period some facilities were not working. The inside pool was closed. Also the water slides were not working. The outdoor swimming pools were very cold during winter.

very well placed - had checked this out before booking as I like to walk everywhere. I don’t use hotel pools generally as I like swimming in the sea but it looked great for kids.

you get a lot of noise if facing the road which we did from the terribly sounding nightlife of a hotel some distance away but there is absolutely nothing hotel staff could have done about it and it didn’t bother us. I am only mentioning this as it might be worthwhile spending a bit more to be pool facing if someone is sensitive to noise.

Great shop on site, saves carrying heavy items ie water from the town. Also fresh rolls each morning. Comfy bed, good shower, good maid service. Pleasant environment. Big terrace and we had views of the pools. We were self catering so can’t comment on food. Adequate cooking utensils, plates etc. Didn’t use the entertainment or pools. Bus stop on side road but it is last stop before the bus station so better walking. 10 -15 minute walk to the front depending on your speed. Taxi prices very reasonable from the town or marina.

Interior of apartment needs a bit of an update. Cooker controls worn so couldn’t set temperature. No instructions for microwave. Might have been a microwave/oven but no idea.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Pools were lovely, kids really enjoyed it. Very close to Playa Dorada & Playa Blanca. Good breakfast. Beds were comfortable Good small supermarket on site.

Dinner hot food was poor. Good salad bar and dessert but hot food was very basic and we only ate once here. Kitchenette has no where to prep food and no sockets to plug in any appliances. A small side counter would solve both problems. Pool bar was surprisingly very expensive. €3.90 for 0.5cl beer.

The location is very good, 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. Marina and harbour is very close too. The food was ok, but not a big choice. The guy at the reception ( I think he called Andree) was fantastic, however all the staff was very helpful and smiling. Big thank you for Christian the Animator guy. The pools and their temperature was very nice, always found sunbeds around them. The kids loved the slides.

Some parts needs refurbishment, such as the game room, very outdated with two pool table and an air hocky what was usually broken. The entertainment room was always so hot that we couldn't stay long. There was air-conditioning but it never was on, chairs and tables also need refurbishment there. Rooms was not cleaned every day, they only done a very basic quick cleaning, they left one towel for 3 persons.
