Gorgeous, clean and spacious 2 bedroom villa with room to sub bathe in the front garden. We stayed in number 14 and it was super private which was great. Quiet resort with a large pool, not too cold and a bar although we never used the bar. Location is 10/10, 5 minute walk to the main street and sea front.

The pool situation was not ideal. Beds are reserved by 9am everyday so we missed out on the pool area a few days there. On our last day we reserved beds at 9am only for guests to remove our towels (even with other beds free for them) which was a little surprising. Wifi is only available for one device, not really acceptable in 2021.

The bungalow was very well equipped and had a new bathroom installed. I loved the location within the complex. As requested it was next to the bar and also right by the pool and very close to reception. Near every facility. I think the people there both visitors and staff in the bar/ restaurant and the musicians who played a couple of nights were all lovely and fun to get on with. We are in our sixties and some of the guests were our age. The bar staff were younger but very caring and chatty. Made the stay at Las Casitas just perfect. Five minutes from supermarket and the restaurants and shops. Perfect for us in every way

Beautiful gardens with stunning plants and flowers everywhere. Our villa had views of the sea from the patio. Spacious, clean, comfortable villas in an amazing location - everything you could possibly need was on your doorstep: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops etc., and a small beach. The villas also had everything you might need to make your stay more comfortable - they were really well kitted out - the kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home!! The pool was gorgeous, plenty of beds and there were lifeguards on duty for 12 hours every day. There was a lovely playground for kids and tennis courts too. The bar was very reasonable with a fantastic food menu and lots of great kid-friendly options, including enormous milkshakes, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was like holidaying in paradise!

Everything Pool lovely size with great water temperature Villa was spotlessly clean spacious and comfortable Beds amazingly comfortable with great aircon in the room and large ceiling fan in sitting room. Bar, food and entertainment great Perfect location close to beach, proper supermarket and all the bars and restaurants. We will be back again without a doubt as this place and location is perfect.

Moved from another property which was awful. Weekend receptionist who arrived at 9am to find me sat outside waiting for someone to arrive could clearly see I was desperate to find new accommodation . I wanted help as the payment section on their booking site was in Spanish and I needed reassurance what I was doing. She point blankly refused to help or even look with me. We only managed to get our booking complete because a lovely receptionist next door in Las Brisias (owned by the same company) helped us.

Location was really good for me travelling with my daughter. Shops, restaurants, walking areas all on the doorstep. Pool excellent. Good Wi-Fi.

The tennis court surface was quite poor. Concrete slabbing with poor joints don’t really work. There were two great Padel courts as well as tennis courts just outside the complex and it would have been lovely if the complex had Padel rackets and balls available for guests to use. (They did offer tennis rackets but not sure if these could have been taken off the complex). I would have been happy to pay a small hire charge or deposit. Think they are missing a trick here as the courts were free to use.

great location, close to the town centre and restaurants. lots of parking, very clean and well maintained. The villa was a good size, full kitchen so could can self cater if you want too, we just made cups of tea! Newly fitted bathroom with a lovely shower. beds were comfortable. The bar was good value and offered meals, we had lunch on the day we arrived and breakfast one morning. Happy hour everyday which got very busy, but plenty of tables. Pool was well maintained and a life guard present while open. All the staff were very friendly. Free tennis and equipment hire.

The 2 bed villa was a good size, well kitted out in the kitchen etc. The terrace area was lovely, with views over the very well kept beautiful gardens, the swimming pool was a pleasant area to sit around, very peaceful.

Re the pool, experience slightly spoiled by people booking sun beds for all day and then disappearing for 2, 3 or more hours which at times meant others could not get the use of the pool how they would like. This needs to be monitored and dealt with at busy times.

The bar/restaurant was great - Food available all day. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Entertainment was superb & varied. I would return in a heartbeat! Complex location was fabulous, shrubbery beautiful, colourful & varied throughtout. Complex was also a gated private residential one. I felt completely safe there. I have no hesitation in highly reccommending this complex. It is far & away the best one I have stayed in in the whole of Lanzarote.

We stayed in unit 4 which was recently renovated and was an absolutely lovely small apartment. Everything you need for self catering was there. A lovely resort with a heated pool and small restaurant and bar a few minutes walk from the sea side. We did not use any of the facilities, but lots of people were enjoying the pool. The grounds are well maintained and there is a children’s playground nearby.

If you are interested in a property near a sandy beach, this is not your best choice. But otherwise a great spot. Staff are great and everyone seems to really enjoy themselves.

Fabulous location, close to everything, staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming to our family. Villa was clean and very comfortable and area is very quiet and had everything we needed. Pool area quiet and relaxed. Surrounding area has beautiful plants and is very well maintained. Second time staying here, looking forward to returning. Would highly recommend.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.
