chose this property for the great location minutes from the beach. was nervous about it having read other reviews but they have massively upped their game - new patio furniture, cleaners 5 times a week, free Wi-Fi, comfy beds. loved having the porch at the front and the enclosed drying terrace at the back. staff were friendly.

2 of the three pools are unheated. the heated one is 1.7m so not good for kids. there’s no washing up liquid or dish washing utensils. reception doesn’t open till 9am.

1 minute walk from beach. 1 minute walk from restaurants and bars. 1 minute walk from bus stop. 2 minutes walk from motorcycle, car, bicycle and scooter hire. 10 minute walk from bus stop going straight to the airport without any changes. yet inside the resort, it's quite and spacious. Views either side are great.

If I really had to be picky. 1 day the water was luke warm instead of hot in the shower.

Fantastic value for money. Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Bungalows are spacious, beds are comfortable. Large private terrace with new chairs and table and sun loungers. To the back of the property there is a small courtyard with clothe lines. In bathroom powerful hair dryer and walk in shower. Water hot. Small kitchenette with 2 rings. A microwave kettle coffee machine and toaster, fridge with freezer compartment. Pool area always enough beds, outdoor bar serving drinks etc with seating area. Cleaning 3 times a week. Pool cleaned daily always saw maintenance staff keeping outside areas clear and painting etc. quiet location 4 mins from beach and restaurants. 10 mins to big spar, 20 mins to central playa Blanca.

Outdated but who cares it’s budget and you get a lot for your money. If oven washing machine and dishwasher are important book 5 star elsewhere.

My one bedroom bungalow was a reasonable size and well enough equipped for my 4 day stay. The bungalow overlooked the pool and it was just a short walk across the road to the beach. There was a cafe on site which I didn’t use. It was very quiet at night.

The property was fine there was nothing I would say I didn’t like.

Quiet,laid back atmosphere.Nice big terrace with table,chairs & sunbeds.Helpful reception staff(especially Claudia).Nice sunbeds & clean pools.Garden maintenance very good-people working all the time to keep the outside areas clean & tidy. Short distance to shops,restaurants etc.

Obviously a water issue with access to the toilets by the pool & not resolved in the 9 nights we were there.(though toilets were functional & clean)The bungalows are starting to look "tired" & in need of some TLC,but everything there that you need.A shame poolside bar & restaurant not open/available-apparently closed for renovation.

Reception was ready for arrival which was sooner then check in but not an issue. Very spacious accommodation, comfortable beds & powerful shower. A simple kitchenette with microwave, two hot plates/rings, kettle and basic cutlery/crockery. A large private terrace with sun loungers was quite a luxury. Pleasant cleaning staff and grounds maintained well. Spacious pool area with very comfy sun loungers & not over crowded. Great location if you want a quieter spot with the beach across the road and a handful of restaurants & shops. The local bus was also on the doorstep or a 20 min walk to a clutch of British/Irish bars. Would return for short break in the sun because of the location.

As other reviews say the bungalows furnishing's look a little dated but after a couple of days we really appreciated the location. The reception building is quite dark and gloomy but an excellent library so not much more was needed to be honest. Literally across the road was Flamingo beach with a handful of restaurants & small stores. Playa Blanca was a bit too British for us really so being on the outskirts was a real positive.

It was a good value. Very quiet and beautiful place. Just 2 mins from the beach.

It's not a luxury hotel so please don't expect anything like that :) Just simple and nice.

Great location. Really near to the sea - Flamingo Beach is gorgeous and lovely for children/swimming. Quiet and spacious. Close to local supermarkets and to a larger Spar supermarket. The pools were lovely, there was no poolside music - it was quiet and peaceful. It was quiet at night and away from the road. Lots of sun beds by the pool or outside your bungalow. It was well planned so you had a lot of privacy and space, a lovely view (of the mountains). It has basic, but enough equipment. There are restaurants and bars aplenty nearby. For self caterers there’s no oven - just 2 hob rings and a microwave. Each apartment has space at the back to hang washing. Lovely big terrace. There’s no air conditioning but with windows/doors open, it wasn’t needed. Just the mosquitos could be a bit of a bother. Great daily cleaning if you want. It is a bit dated but is clean, spacious and great value.

A few mosquitos, ants and cockroaches but that’s everywhere in warmer climates and you can live with it. The good things more than compensated. Hairdryer was very old. Bring your own if it’s needed.
