staff were very friendly and helpful location is brilliant cleaners amazing, changed bath towels every day etc bed and bedding were top quality internet was the best I’ve had on the island , downloaded films etc no problem

photos make the room looks bigger than they are . connecting doors in the rooms mean you get to hear everything and I mean everything that your neighbours do , snoring, talking , toilet and sex noises , it was like I was sharing a room with them , They really need to block the doors up then this place would be perfect , swimming pool was freezing, Shame it couldn’t be heated up during winter times

some of the plug sockets didn’t work and there wasn’t a rail in the bathroom to hang the towels, also couldn’t get tv to work properly

Freshly renovated modern looking hotel with great facilities. Close to Yumbo makes it perfect for nights out. Friendly staff especially the bartender

Freezing swimming pool and very cold jacuzzi. No rails/hooks for large towels in bathroom. Shower was flooding the bathroom (bad design of the shower)

Good location, close to Yumbo center, not too far from the beach. Room were nice size, comfortable beds. huge bathroom, very nice touch with branded cosmetics in the bathroom, very nice terrace with seating area which was close to the pool and jacuzzi and bar. Daily cleaning was appreciated . Very quiet and relaxing. Nice touch with water bottles in the room. jacuzzi was lovely. Enough sunbeds for guests also you can take a pool towel from the reception and exchange it whenever you like it.

Just a quick note to the hotel that there should be a price list for the minibar. This was a first time for me in a hotel room with mini bar without a price list and we travel around the world a lot. No reception until 11 am ... very strange. coffee pods were designated for the coffee machine but there was only a kettle. Some cobwebs above the bed.

Location, friendly and polite staff, good music at the jacuzzi area, made you feel very relaxed and chilled out. It is a very quiet hotel. The illumination at the evening time gives an extra elegant factor to the whole resort. Branded toiletries in the bathroom.

The air conditioning display is very bright at night, can disturb the sleep. Bring your own eye mask.

Absolutely beautiful little gem of a resort tucked away just outside the Yumbo. Completely secluded, feels like a microcosmic version of Miami. Anything you need (gym, pool, cocktails) all on site. Staff can’t do enough for you. Each room is like a small suite - contemporary, clean, expertly decorated and beautifully delivered.

Nothing at all. Priced accordingly but not unreasonably.

From First arriving we were welcomed by yurena she was amazing from our first day to our last day nothing was a bother and she went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. Hotel was quite but so peaceful. Very clean and very relaxing. Rooms are good size with everything you need. Breakfast every morning on our porch looking over the pool, we even got some small cakes delivered to our room which was a lovely touch. Ate food on our last day some of the best food we had had all week, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Gran Canaria. We have stayed at some very upmarket hotel wnrthe service here was just the same as a high 5 start hotel. We have also rebooked to go back for December. Thanks Yurena for a fabulous stay.

Small but must mention as it did effect our stay was aircon in the gym as it was too hot to train inside the room.

Great location, nice and peaceful hotel. Bed mattress was good - I have some back problems and I slept very good. Jacuzzi was great.

No iron available - not in the rooms and not at the reception desk. No coffee capsule refill - had to buy ones for the Nespresso machine in the room. Pool bar menu a bit poor. no sandwiches, no fruit shakes.

Really nice room with comfortable beds. Great shower and bathroom. Great pool and hottubs. You could pay for bfast and it was lovely and beautifully presented. Fairly central to the town

Growting in shower could be cleaner TV didn't seem to have any uk channels - needs something like Netflix so that you can use it. Useless for us Playa del Ingles very tacky.

Sanom is an absolute oasis, in the midst of pile ‘em high tourist hotels. It’s so peaceful and unimposing. You’ll feel at ease as soon as you enter the reception.

In hindsight I might have enjoyed a greater meal offering. The breakfast I did have was fantastic.
