The hotel was clean and well kept, and I had everything I needed. The staff were lovely - so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but the coffee was exceptional. I recommended this hotel to my colleagues and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Until my last day there was no note to hang on my door to tell the cleaners not to bother cleaning my room, which was a pity as it really wasn't necessary for me to have clean towels and my bed made for me. But this is a very minor point and indeed I should probably have asked for one!

We've only stayed for one night but can acknowledge that the reception staff were very helpful! The room met it's purpose - simple, clean, tv, toiletries. The breakfast was something else! The most delicious breakfast we ever had in spain! Tasted like a home made food, superb 👌and for very affordable price! our compliments to the sheff Lady! Another pros was that there is a bus station just across the road which was just perfect for our connecting trip! 🙌

The mattress was hard and noisy. The price per night was a bit high considering, it was a low season for travelling.

Great place to stay and very close to the center. There are a lot of free parking spots outside the hotel within 5 minutes walking distance. However, we preferred to pay a super small fee for the parking below the hotel, since it had direct access to the rooms with elevator! Stuff was friendly and everything was clean! Great opportunity to stay while visiting PortAventura.

The location was great! We needed to be close to the bus terminal and the hotel is just acrossed the street. Brilliant!

Furniture and style in general are quite old; breakfast buffet could be bigger; the price of the room could be cheaper.

Very close to the autobus station for transfers in the region. Burger King and PopEyes & LIdl are about less than 10 minutes walk. Short distance to the old town by foot as well

Great location for our requirements - 3 min walk from bus station (Mon Bus) and a 10 min drive to airport (taxi was 10euros). Pleasant hotel with vending machines

No kettle, but there was a cafe nearby where I got a tea.
