Very child friendly. lots of entertainment around the pools, water slides, plenty of daily activities. Many bars, toilets, chairs, showers, etc etc. MiniDisco was super fun for toddlers and there was also a Cool zone for teens! The Infinity pool with adults only area was a great space to get peace and quiet. The live music at the main bar was always with different performers, and great cocktails in the main bar (lobby). A very robust buffet, and 4 a la Carte restaurants, all very nice. It was also great to have the option for snacks or "burgers fast-food" type of restaurant close to the pool (as an alternative to the main restaurant). The main shows at the theatre were all fantastic! Staff very friendly, the rooms were large and very nice!

The view and amenities were amazing. The restaurants, shows, and events for kids are spectacular. An overall great vacation for the family.

We had one instance where one of the teens loft staff discriminated against our family. The employee specifically told us that only children from 10-17 are allowed in the area. The employee also stated that parents are not allowed in the facility meanwhile two Caucasian males were in the teens loft with their children. One of the children told our kids that his real age was 8 but our family was denied access. Complete and utterly disappointing and disgusting from their staff.

Food was amazing, even in buffet. Staff were incredible and the hotel itself felt spacious and clean!

Absolutely new hotel with incredible facilities. everything is great - many pools, most of them are heated, great restaurants with variety of tasty food, amazing sport bar working till early morning, luxury lobby bar with range of cocktails, and what makes it unique- outstanding evening shows. Everything mentioned you get just for the price of a hotel stay as all inclusive package.

Planning a stay here you just need to be aware that is not a honeymoon nest but a family hotel and most of guests stay with children. Also is not a beach, but just a pool hotel. However those are not disadvantages but just things which you should know. If you are ok with those conditions your will have a good stay.

Beautiful hotel and our junior suite was stunning. The bar staff are great especially by the adult only pool which is where we spent our holiday!

The only negative was the food. When it came to main courses lunch and dinner were the same and unfortunately never very hot. They did have a microwave available if you needed it though. Also the staff in the snack bar in the castle at lunchtime were pretty shocking :-(

We stayed in a family master sweet and this was perfect for our family of four. (kids 7 and 3) We loved the pool time we had, always clean around the hotel. The buffet food was awesome, always fresh and I usually judge this by the salad quality. The shows were of the highest quality, as good as I've ever seen (Vegas Cirque du Soleil, London West End) just one a much smaller scale. All activities were fun and well presented. All in all, a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again and recommend.

There's nothing we didn't like about staying here. If you're looking for a high quality, European all inclusive, this has to be up there. The food can always be a little bit better at a buffet, but they are definitely trying at this hotel.

The most incredible hotel! It is truly magical for children and so much going on for them. It is absolutely spotless, we had a family suite and it was beautiful. The food and drink for adults and children was excellent, the steak house was incredible! The cocktails and drinks were also excellent. The staff were so helpful, really couldn't have asked for a better hotel. It was close enough to the airport to get a taxi, so no need for transfers. It was also half the oroce on booking.com compared to package holidays we looked at.

Incredible resort. The buffet was like a 5* restaurant, the rooms were really comfy and the pools were fantastic. The all inclusive was one of the best I've seen - They had drinks on tap that you helped yourself to and it was branded goods....not like a lot of places, where you just receive a small paper cup of a cheap beer and find yourself going backwards and forwards all day.

Obvious before we booked...but there are a lot of children here, which mostly wasn't an issue - they have an adults only pool etc, but.. The sports bar would be full of children running around, with parents too drunk to stop them from stealing your pool balls from the table mid game...not what you expect to see at 11pm

Beautiful territory with heated pools and a castle with evening music and lights, great shows for the kids, good restaurants and bars and very polite staff. Very good room and concierge service. We had a lovely room - spacious, light and rather fresh with a great sea view. Great support from the reception - helped to get back our lost item.

Not flexible system - our kid got sick and it was difficult to arrange food in the room. Average room cleaning. Average food in the all inclusive package. Queues waiting for the table before breakfast are disappointing. Airplanes are landing just above your head, at first it’s exciting, then annoying.

Perfect hotel to stay with children. - Amazing shows (Papimber exceeded all expectations), entertainment team and zone for kids/teens were great. - Noisy hotel (because a lot of kids) but the rooms are quiet. Children are delighted with everything in this hotel. - Staff in restaurant (some of them) could be more polite at the same time the barmen in lobby and sports bar were cool. (we were also delighted with it) - Admin staff helps in solving any issue in the interest of the guest. - A lot of (heated) pools and sunbeds (in march). It was amazing vacation, thank you.
