Very nice ocean view, big room with 2 tvs, sofa and armchairs. It is well decorated and welcoming. Big bathroom with spa bathub, excellent water pressure. The pools are a +. Friendly staff at the bar and restaurant (breakfast). Good quality of the kit of soap&co. and everything super clean.

For a 4**** hotel, I would recomend at least one water / tea in the room. Also, it was cold in the room (February), anyway the blankets helped a lot.

Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating, happy to help and offer suggestions. The barman makes the best mojito, at least one day spent by the pool is a must. The location was perfect for us. Close by to various restaurants (you must visit El Mirador and try the paella), but still a bit secluded. There is a lovely path along the beach that goes from Los Abrigos past the hotel and continues south. The hotel is still a 20 min drive to the most touristy part in the south, so its a good vantage point to explore the island. The rooms are clean, the hotel tidy, the breakfast is good, very diverse.

The staff are lovely and helpful, and Yaffit at reception was especially wonderful. Yaffit also booked us another room, when our flight was cancelled, due to strikes. The room had two separate bedrooms, and a lounge area, which was great, as I was visiting Tenerife with my Sister. I loved the sound of the sea, so nice to have a balcony with a sea view. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel lobby is airy, and there’s a nice and quiet rooftop, above the pool area, to sunbathe. Fair variety each day at the buffet (for lunch, and for dinner) and a several restaurants nearby. The internet connection is great, so you can also work remotely here. Yaffit is great, and all the other staff are super nice. It’s really clean everywhere, which is great.

There is so much food at the lunch and dinner buffet.. I just think this should be more carefully managed, as there is so much food left over. One of the staff told me they can’t take it home, or give it away, and that it has to be thrown away. This just seems like such a waste. I just think less food needs to be available to manage this better, so that there is less waste; thank you.

The staff was very helpful, especially Yaffit who was really open to help and offer us a very welcoming check-in and helped us with some personal requests through our staying, kudos for her especially. Having live music wasn't expected, and the singers were really nice, and kept people entertained during the evening. Waiters were also really good, very friendly and charming.

I didn't like much the spa area, feels like it's been abandoned and no maintenance is going well there. The floor by the swimming pool is very slippery, I've slipped and felt down, fortunately, I didn't get injured, but they need to think about the elderly people more. Part of a wooden cover, right in the edge of the pool felt down and I could see some roaches inside.

Excellent reception service, very welcoming and could not do enough for you. Excellent views of the sea and a very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Took advantage of the jacuzzi in the bathroom, as well as the toiletry freebies saving us the bother of getting ours out just for one night.

Patio door didn't close but within 5 mins of asking reception about it, someone came up to fix it. Very limited on English speaking TV channels if which most were just news channels and not entertainment ones.

13 days spent in this Hotel, with an incredibly polite, kind, helpful staff that ready to provide with anything and everything. I would like to thank with all my heart to all of the staff as they have made our experience so much more amazing. It has been absolutely incredible and I will most definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone. The rooms and the hotel overall have been incredibly clean and I could hold nothing against the hotel as its been one of the most amazing times I've had in a very long time.

excellent location, as close to the sea (ocean) as you can get, great view, spacious room, clean, excellent food, very friendly staff always ready to help, and I liked the all inclusive program .. you just wear your yellow strip and that is it .. nobody checks room details, etc .. and the food (again) :)

shower - cant keep a stable temperature, it cycles up and down, so if you are taking a nice warm shower, be ready for the cycle going up so you don't gent burned .. another thing is sluggish (low speed) internet, but that might be normal on the Islands, who knows .. as for the location, it is excellent, but it has also another side (just like a coin) no matter how good you close the balcony, you will still hear the ocean, after a while, it might be bothering a bit ..

food is good! personel is perfect really. Everyone was helpful and kind, the rooms were clean. Very good location and in addition there was a place to walk (promenade). we went all-in. I will not regret very good dinners - plus for the evenings with live music

You can see that the hotel is not the newest, but the service makes up for it. But the gym...or rather the lack of it. and Wifi were the only downsides I would like to point out here.

Breakfast was very good with a good variety to chose from. Tania from the BAR/Restaurant was so nice and always very helpful and with a smile behind her mask. Very easy to reach Los Abrigos using the footpath and it's a lovely walk near the sea as well. Lots of restaurants, and groceries shops nearby. The view from the room and from the lounge deck (near the swimming pool) was very relaxing and calming.

The sofa in the room had some stains (of use), nothing major and really of no concern or of an issue.
