I loved the fact this is on the flight path and watching the planes come in - but I appreciate that might not be everyones cup of tea. Its is very quiet and they do not play pool music. It is spotless. Staff are all lovely and helpful. They check you are happy on whatsapp. We have not been in 5 years and they have maintained the property, fixed the car park and apartments have water filter taps.

Not a major issue as was quiet when we went - but lots of towels on beds not really used but them you could not use them. No food but lots of food around - however empty restaurant is a bit of an eye sore.

The night shift lady named Joanne was absolutely amazing to me and my family she sorted us out a room within 1 hour of us booking. We needed emergency accommodation and she could see this as we biked and turned up an hour later to her surprise. She sorted us out with a beautiful clean apartment with a pool and sea view my young son was very comfortable here. On checking out Maria and Hamid were excellent and made us feel very emotional on our leave as we didn’t want yo go. Such lovely people running this hotel. I would recommend to anybody to give this apartments a try. We will most definitely be back to stay hopeful again this summer. Lovely atmosphere around the hotel we loved it, staff very accommodating

All that we need was there . Shops and restaurants just across the street and a lot of space a amazing apartment

Our ground floor apartment was brilliant. It had everything we could possibly have wanted plus a great outdoor space. Reception staff were spot on and very helpful, as were the cleaning staff and gardeners. Pool furniture was a bit dated, but the space was still very nice. We had our birthdays while we we were there and it was a lovely touch receiving a bottle of wine on both days.Hoping to return in September.

Pool side furniture was a bit shabby and people reserving their beds from early on when there was plenty of beds to go around, was a pain! Shame about the on site restaurant and bar was still closed.

Lovely personal from reception to cleaning personal. Very comfortable appartement. Very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent insect control (maybe some few ants but nothing nasty). Nearby business center which can be practical but the appartements are not noisy. I would definitely come back.

The location is maybe too touristy and it doesn't feel Spanish. If you have a car it doesn't matter much. Bathroom can be smelly after many hours without running water but the bathroom are very well equipped and very modern.

Lovely and quiet, always available space at the pool. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Beautiful clean apartment, couldn’t ask for anymore.

Some people might not like the location as there wasn’t much to do in the area, this didn’t bother us though because it was a relaxing holiday we wanted and we got what we wanted.

size of the 1 bedroom apartment , ok for 2 but if 4 adults would of been a problem when sofa bed out no room in lounge. I think there are slightly bigger 1beds on resort as I have stayed before

Very clean and everything we needed,we even had a garden,table and chairs on patio & sun beds.TV in lounge and bedroom .The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever had in our 35years stopping in many places on the island of Tenerife,stopping for a month made the stay more perfect.From the moment we got to reception and how friendly they were nothing was to much trouble we new we would be ok,every member of staff working there were the same.The gardens were lovely and everywhere was clean and well maintained.Perfect in the area for restaurants .sea front on doorstep.We will definitely be stopping there again.

The staff were really friendly and all the facilities were very good. Lovely area and nice and quiet for the time of year we went (early march). Lots of places to go and eat opposite the accommodation.

Only downful was that the restaurant and bar at accommodation were not open, my guess is because we went out season, but still lots of places to go and eat outside of the accommodation.

Quiet. Good view. Very nicely organized apartment with everything we needed. Clean, functional bathroom. Helpful, quick to react staff. Very good location just two minutes walk from a small commercial center with multiple restaurants and stores or a very nice walking route parallel to the shore.

Smoking is allowed in the pool area as well as on balconies. This sucks if you care about your health and about your clothes and stuff not smelling. Luckily we avoided smokers in rooms nearby this time. Pool area was difficult to use though. Not that we needed it much though.
