We moved to a different apartment which had been refurbished as the first apartment we we given was damp, mouldy and smelled. The refurbished apartment was a really good size and well equipped and decorated. This apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It also has a filtered drinking water tap in the kitchen which saves a lot of water carrying and some money as a bonus. The first apartment we were given really shouldn't be used as it was unhealthy and is in urgent need of a total refurbishment. It's such a shame for a good size apartment right on the see front. It also needs a revamp of the garden outside to include a terrace and some glass panels in the boundary fence to take advantage of its position and the sea view. Hopefully they'll get round to doing this soon.

First apartment we were given was terrible. In my opinion while clearly having vacancies in other really nice refurbished apartments they chose to put us in an unrefurbished unhealthy apartment. Why would anyone chose to do this is beyond me. It's certainly not great PR and spoiled our previously held belief this was a nice resort to stay in. We have stayed here 3 times before and have always enjoyed our stay and the standard of the accommodation. Hopefully the particular apartment (V17) will be taken out of service until it is made habitable. Fortunately the reception staff took our complaint seriously and moved us and we certainly have no complaints about them or the replacement accommodation as described above.

Only downside is the location is a bit far away from sandy beach and the main town. So for people who don’t drive it’s a bit of a pain to travel every day. The public transport is not very convenient in Tenerife so that’s something to watch out if you plan to explore a bit further rather than stay near the hotel every day.

Good location, close to airport, but planes vere not an issue during the stay. Nice views on ocean, some good restaurants around. Small market in the basement, but with all first need goods. Very comfortable, space and clean apartment with two full size bathrooms, nice solutions for bedrooms with small windows, if someone needs to sleep a bit longer.

If someone pays such big money for stay it is radiculous to book sunbeds at the pool or extra pay for towels. And the most funny was, that first I paid for towels and after that lady from service (the same who provided towels for me) informed, that there are no free sunbeds. It was popular 20 years ago, but not anymore. The same with restaurant: it was impossible to have a dinner without earlier reservation. IMO hotel tries to be more upscale than necessary. Parking (underground) for brave and good drivers, because really narrow with small parking boxes, definitelly not for bigger veh. like SUV.

Great!!!! Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Indeed, the room has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped (especially pleased with the faucet for drinking water with a cleaning system, and coffee for the coffee maker). The bed in the bedroom is something incredible - huge, beautiful, with an excellent mattress and nice linens. The folding sofa is also worthy of praise, for two it is comfortable and convenient. We slept to the sound of the ocean and woke up to the sound of birds. Photos match. The room is huge and really thought out to the smallest detail. The hotel area is well equipped, swimming pools, jacuzzis, bars, playgrounds and even two shops with everything you need. Thanks for the live music in the bar in the evening, I managed to dance 🙂. I will definitely come again.

Construction tools work at 8:00 am. Outside the hotel there is nowhere to walk in the evening. Boring place, but great for people who like a quiet holiday. I also did not like the system of booking sun loungers near the pool and the additional payment for pool towels (1 € per day for 1 towel). It was very strange and uncomfortable.

The room was huge and the terrace was amazing. We also loved the pools and the staff was very kind. The surroundings are beautiful plus there is a convenience store nearby.

The pool was closed too early in the evening. It took a while to get the food and drinks near the pool. The kids' playroom (which was one of the reasons why we picked this hotel) was closed during the week.

A tidy, cosy and environmentally friendly hotel. Excellent, helpful and very friendly staff. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay in our room. The room itself was very clean and spacious. There is underground parking for an extra charge, which is very convenient. The hotel is oriented to quite family rest, which is very nice and respectful.

The pool water is a bit too cool, does not meet the criteria for a heated pool. It would be perfect for us if the live music concerts would ended at 10 pm instead of 11 pm.

Good, well equipped apartments. Easy to get out and go to decent restaurants, lovely walk along the sea front.

Kids club was fine but mostly just colouring - lacked much activities / toys. But still good to have and they enjoyed going in.

very nice hotel, very comfortable beds, large apartment, iron, well-equipped kitchen. the only drawback is that the water in the pool is very cold in August, it is warmer in the ocean... ;(

Friendly staff, climatizad swimming pool, kitchenette was a great bonus, location was great!

The sun loungers by the pool need to be reserved daily (at no extra charge) but there were problems everyday with availability and people taking the wrong sun loungers. Perhaps they need to look at changing their current system.
