Beautiful bed & breakfast facility, combined with its traditional and modern architecture, cozy atmosphere with very clean room and comfortable bed, in a picturesque village, extremely calm. We received clear directions with the self check-in. No delays.

A super hospitable, extremely helpful and very kind host. Mr. Rossi tried to please us in every possible way. The breakfast is authentic, with regional products, delicious, rich, including homemade jams and cakes made by the host's spouse. We greatly enjoyed our stay, perfect spot for relaxation. Very lovely indeed! We highly recommend Chiarina B&B and we look forward to be back again and again. Thank you so much Mr. Rossi for this wonderful experience!!

The breakfast was very good. Home made produce and plenty of it. Very friendly and helpful owner. A good position in the Muggio Valley, which is beautiful and not (yet) commercialised.

The weather was very good for 2 days, but then turned and could have been better. Muggio Valley is best for walking and although there are some things to go and see, wet weather possibilities are not overly abundant. But Como is not far away.

We had a great 1 night stop over whilst driving. The room was great. It was a self check-in. We met the host in the morning, who was so friendly and kind. Breakfast was lovely. My wife had left an earing in the room, and the host very kindly ran out to find us in our car before we left without it!!

Nothing! It is a fairly remote area - just managed to get to the nearby restaurants before they closed.

It is such a relaxing place! Onorina and the owner, Mr. Rossi, were super nice and accommodating! The charming ancient house has been recently renovated. The room was well heated with the air conditioning well positioned away from the bed, and a lovely good-size bathroom with a great shower and a trolley to put toiletries. The view to the mountains was splendid. Parking is close by. For breakfast there were delicious home-made tarts (by Mrs. Rossi), local bread and exquisite jams made by Onorina. There are restaurants in the area for dinner. We tried Manciana, which was recommended by Mr. Rossi; the few dishes were very good. Only 40' away from Lugano and 20' to the outlet center FoxTown.

B&B Chiarina is in a gorgeous location, with easy access to a bus and a fun restaurant down the road. In the morning we talked to Richi over breakfast, enjoyed homemade jam, and even received an extra slice of a homemade tart to bring with us on our hike :) The bedding in the room was super comfortable, and besides some church bells the room was silent overnight. We would definitely stay here again :)

In room 4, where we stayed, it could be difficult for a very tall person as the ceiling in the bathroom slopes down. It was no problem for us, but something to be aware of!

I really loved my stay at B&B Chiarina! My room was large and cozy, with air conditioning available as well! Breakfast was also homemade, with delicious jams by Richi's wife! The surrounding area is also very relaxing and quiet, perfect for a getaway for a few days to do some hiking, especially to the nearby Mount Generoso! Really looking forward to staying at B&B Chiarina again in future, thank you Richi for the amazing stay!

i liked everything about this place , it’s pretty quite and cozy with a breathtaking view out of the window , the breakfast is more than enough to fill up your tummy and it is prepared by the owner himself using local products , and you won’t get up until he makes sure you’re satisfied :) , in addition to that the owner is very friendly and hospitable , the place makes you feel like you’re at home . i highly recommend it

We are in love with this B&B. The old house with its stones and chimneys is adorable. The style and atmosphere is just wonderful. The service is so great. Everybody is so friendly and nice. The breakfast was better than at a five star hotel, cause it was made with love and regional selfmade products. And the landscape with its pittoresque architecture looks like a movie set. 😍😍😍

We spent here one night on our trip to Tuscany and we liked it very much. The room was nice and very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was nice and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great - wonderful homemade marmelade, excellent cake and great coffee. Parking space was just a 2 minutes away. Just 10 minutes away we found the very good ristorante posta which we really could recommend.

Onorina received us with so much care, we felt like home. During the breakfast every each minute, arrived at the table a delicious homemade bread and strawberry pie, cheese from the region, a non industrial salame . It was a special night at the B&B. My daughter stayed in a sport room, very different but cozy.
