From the pre-arrival communication to the pick up and the entire stay, everything and everone was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast entirely exceeded our expectations and the spa was beautifully located with perfect matterhorn views from the relaxation room. Rooms were cosy and comfy and the location quite, away from the center, that can get a bit busy. We even saw some deer at night.

There was really nothing more that we could have wished for.

We had a fantastic stay for 6 friends at Hemizeus. The rooms were great (with incredible Matterhorn views), reservation was a breeze (with very prompt responses), the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was a great value, the ski rooms were convenient, and as a bonus, the spa was great to cap off ski days. It was quite easy to ski down to the chair lifts, but it was a bit more work to ski back to the hotel (but this is because of snow conditions). Would absolutely come back to stay here.

This wasn't a big deal for our group, but the hotel is ~15mins walk from to town. There are buses but they stop running at 7pm or so. Small negative - the hot tub temperature could be warmer.

Everything! Cute rooms, courteous staff, comfortable bed, gorgeous view, amazing complimentary breakfast.

The only nitpick would be it is quite far from the train station and it is uphill, so I wouldn't advise walking with suitcases. However, they provide a free shuttle to/from the station, so just be sure to arrive and depart during the shuttle's hours and you'll be good!

Very nice hotel in a less crowded area of Zermatt, which is a very enjoyable feature. The spa is very nice and spacious, with really good saunas and relaxing rooms with an amazing view. The surroundings are really nice, especially the river that flows near by and that will help you sleeping like a baby.

Weirdly, no wheelchair access to the main building. Also, the overall value for money is quite poor, considering this is a 3-star hotel. But Zermatt is Zermatt.

It was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They sent a car to pick us up at the train station and then took us to the train when when were departing. They had a wonderful restaurant and bar on site. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fantastic each day while looking at the Matterhorn from the breakfast area. Although we didn’t have time to use the spa we heard great things about it. We would highly recommend this property.

Very modern and extremely cozy. Rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast and delicious meals in the beautiful restaurant (highlights to the good wine menu). Last but not least, staff is very friendly and kind.

It is a bit (really, only a bit) far from the center. But very easy to reach by bus or taxi.

Friendly receptionist who greeted me by name and gave me suggestions for my stay. Outstanding service in the restaurant. I took the half-board package and the Christmas menu was exceptional. The spa lounge room faces the Matterhorn and I caught the sunset from there. Very comfortable stay. Location is 30-min by foot from the train station. Easiest way to get there is by electric bus. Nice to be out of the bustle of the town centre. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to and from the train station was great. View from the restaurant was wonderful.

Our room was very warm at night, and I could not seem to lower the temperature even using the thermostat. Location at the far end of town somewhat limited our access to bars and restaurants at night as we were not motivated to walk back down into town and back after traveling and active days.

The bathroom in the room was TINY and dark, really took away from the rest of the room. We took showers in the spa some days to have a nicer experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues. Accomodating any needs. Shuttle to and from the train station on arrival and check out at your convenience was very helpful. Fantastic food for both breakfast and dinner. Close to bus station, 1 stop and you’re at the ski lift.
