Everything about my stay at Hotel Le Mirabeau was truly exceptional. First and foremost, the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had. Their professionalism and warm demeanour truly added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's facilities and amenities were top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring Zermatt. The breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains from my room were simply unforgettable. The swimming pool and the spa facilities are absolutely amazing! Additionally, the location of Hotel Le Mirabeau was ideal. Its proximity to the attractions and amenities in Zermatt made it convenient for me to explore the area without any hassle. Whether it was hiking or enjoying the local cuisine, everything was easily accessible. Lastly, I must mention the delectable breakfast served at the hotel. The variety of options available and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. It was a delightful way to start each day and provided the perfect fuel for my adventures.

Climate control in rooms: Although the room was comfortable, it would be beneficial to have individual climate control options to allow guests to adjust the room temperature according to their preferences. This would further enhance the overall comfort and customization of the stay, as the bedroom was quite hot during the night.

Hotel Le Mirabeau exceeded all my expectations! The service was exceptional – consistently courteous, helpful, and very attentive in all areas. Whether at reception, breakfast, housekeeping, or the restaurant (I dined at the Deli), the staff were always friendly and professional. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding, leaving nothing to be desired. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and I immediately felt at home. The farewell upon departure was equally heartfelt, making my stay thoroughly pleasant. I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade in the Etoile section, with an incredible view of the Matterhorn. The rooms were newly renovated and offered a cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor that invited relaxation. The entire hotel exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. The blend of modern design with traditional elements was perfectly balanced and greatly contributed to my overall comfort. I will definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Le Mirabeau to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Another highlight was the central location close to the station (and supermarkets, bakery, shops) which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Thanks a lot!

Great location, close to both train stations (Zermatt and for the one going to Gornegrat), close to a supermarket and many other shops. The staff on arrival was lovely, the rooms are very clean and well equiped. We also had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, Marie's Deli and it was a true experience. Both the food and the serving were great! Would definitely recommend or come back. Note that Zermatt is a car free town so you have to leave your car to the Täsch Car Park and take the train for 12 minutes into town, as mentioned above the car park in Zermatt is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel’s staff are superbly friendly and offer an unforgettable experience during my stay in Zermatt.I would like to praise the hotel’s staff who attended to us during our check in on 10/7/24 evening.I forgot to ask her name but i would really say that she is the most friendly hotel staff i had encountered during my 9 days stay in several hotels all over Switzerland.She gave us a pleasant surprise and we appreciate it so much 😍.The facilities provided by the hotels are value for money and I’m beyond words to describe how enjoyable and welcomed we are during our stay at the hotel in Zermatt.The breakfast provided are really nice with wide variety of choices. I will definitely be back and stay in this hotel again in the future.I also highly recommend this hotel to those who would like to find a perfect stay in Zermatt.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious and well kept, with a mix of older and newer fittings - but overall well kept. The staff was very nice and attentive - they were very helpful in nursing a sun burn injury, amongst others. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station (few hundred meters) and also offers a complimentary shuttle (if needed). It is also very close to Gornergrat train, as well decently close to Sunnegga and the city center (500m). Breakfast buffet was very good.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Loved the location, easy walk to the train station. It was close to the main area with food and shops. We had a great view of the Matterhorn! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We didn't get enough time to take advantage of the spa area but that would have been an added bonus with a longer stay. The restaurant food was very good along with the breakfast buffet.

It would have been nice if they provided a fan for the room during the summer months. It was warm. We had to open the deck sliding door at night to cool the room.

The hotel is nicely located, a couple of minutes walking to the train station and mountain railway, several good restaurants and a budget grocery store. The sauna was well heated and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was great!

I was in a single room on the top floor. It was a spacious enough for one person for one weekend ski trip. The only downside was that I could hear the neighbour’s showing and noise (from the building) at night. It would be better if the hotel implements the policy of quiet hours between 22:00 and 7:00. The breakfast could start earlier than 7:30 AM as the first train going up to slope leaves at 8:24 AM. It did not have time to fully enjoy the good breakfast as I had to catch the train

The place is great. Next to the train station, walking distance to the cablecar to the glacier paradise and train to Gornegrat railway. I guess it is perfect for skiing but we do not do it. Instead we did hiking and enjoyed a lot the Spa area and the restaurant. We had both dinner in the hotel as the food was really good. In particular, we enjoyed a lot their selection of wines. Additionally we had a private tasting. The sommelier is very nice and knows his wines a lot. We asked it last minute to have a tasting and fortunately he could accomodate. I totally recommend to ask him. He gives you options (we let him chose) and very reasonable price. We will be back. p.s. Last but not least the staff is super nice.

It is not the hotel fault but if your neighbors come back late in the night and are not considerate you will heart them from the corridor.

The staff was out of this world. This was our first trip to Zermatt and we fell in love with it and the hotel. We noted that were celebrating our anniversary and every staff member was aware and wished us well! Its those details that make a place. Also never did we hear covid being used as an excuse, cause there were no issues!

The hotel was fantastic and I can't make any faults or recommendations. The staff were very friendly, hospitable, and offered us an upgrade on our rooms. The balcony views were stunning, the breakfast was delcious, and the quality overall was first class. Lastly, the pool and spa area were perfect and everything we hoped for. I will be coming back to this hotel in the near future.
