Location, Very good, just a leisurely 10 min walk with bags from the train station, Check in prompt with good service. Elevators to rooms. rooms have a lot of nice touches very modern. Bathroom great with excellent shower, super modern. Bed, linen and pillows clean and very comfortable. Plenty of nice toiletries, Appreciate the kettle to brew a tea. Room very quite with very effective soundproofing. Supplied Breakfast excellent with a great choice of foods to satisfy all tastes, also the breakfast area had a lovely view out into the courtyard. staff polite and courteous . Overall a great stay for two nights.

The location is close to the main train station which has an excellent tourist information center with an excellent staff. They will arrange tours for you and make train reservations with cheer and enthusiasm. There are plenty of places to eat close by, a nice park is within easy walking distance as is the bus location for tours. The room was acceptable. Everyone speaks English.

The room overlooked the street which was noisy at night due to traffic - mainly motorcycles. The $25 breakfast was a disappointment for the money which is why I only used it my first morning. The taxi from the airport was $60 - 6 miles! Zurich is very expensive. Take the trams when you can.

Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom and the shower didn't have a door that closes, so it would flood the bathroom floor whenever we showered.

The staff, the location, the convenience, the city. Everything went perfect. I would like to also to thank you for the early check in as I arrived 8:20 am and was checked in at the first availability at 9:00 am to refresh and relax a bit before kicking off my day. I also loved the availability of a nespresso machine which enabled me to have my regular morning nespresso coffee in bed. They also provide daily renewable 4 espresso capsules from starbucks which is very thoughtful. I felt like home honestly. The hotel location is at 2 steps from Rodolph Bruck Tram station operating line 4 to Central, Bellevue and Zurich Hb through very few stops and is at walking distance from all major attractions in the old city and night life. The staff was knowledgable and always happy to help with every question and they borrowed me an adapter for my phone charger and even an iPhone USB cable for a friend who visited and needed an emergency charge. The room was spotless clean and very practical though a little bit small like every hotel in Europe but it stood out with a large enough bed 150 cm bed, the amenities such as rain shower, face towel, legit hair dryer and enough storage space for my stuff. All in all I loved the stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended hotel, keep up the good work!

Hotel staff really helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast with fresh tasty ingredients (nice to have eggs cooked to order as well). Pillow menu great for a comfortable night's sleep and like being able to open the windows for fresh air. Hotel in a great location for old city, the lake, museums and restaurants, cafes etc. Easy access to train station and shops, yet in a relatively quiet street for a city centre location.

Ensuite shower room was a bit too small and the shower screen couldn't keep the water inside so the floor got wet easily which was a bit frustrating. Housekeeping kept it nice & clean for us, but really need extra floor mat or towelling to dry the floor when using the shower.

We had one single room and supervisor double room at the second floor. The rooms were clean, small but well organized and convenient. coffee in the room was of very good quality, cooling system was working very well as we didn’t use the added fan in the room. The location was quiet since it is not very close to restaurants and bars existing in the other street close by. location is minutes walk to bus station …..etc .Thanks to Monique and her team as they were very friendly and helpful . When I read the reviews on booking I was concerned about the AC and quietness of rooms, but honestly we didn’t have any relevant issue . I recommend it highly.

All was excellent, however I wish the bathroom walls were better isolated especially in the double room.

Its very well located not too far from the main train station. The staff are very responsive. They also have a partnered restaurant which offere 20% off for us.

The shower room is transparent and there is no door so no matter how careful you are the water will come out.

This was an emergency stay occasioned by the landslide at Chambery which meant no trains to Paris from Milan and a detour via Zurich so the hotel was chosen primarily because it was close to the train station and had aircon. If you have heavy luggage then better to get a taxi, but the hotel is within walking distance of the main Zurich station. The aircon is centrally controlled, but the concierge did turn it down for me on request. The bed was extremely comfortable and you can request different types of pillow. The bathroom was inside a glass box set into the room which was fine as I was on my own, but perhaps not ideal if sharing the room as a couple or with a friend.

I would have preferred to set my own aircon temperature and despite the double-glazing I was woken a few times by shouts from the street - there is a bar directly opposite my room. The room was small considering how expensive it was.

I loved my stay at this hotel. My flight arrived really early in the morning and the hotel was able to accommodate a very early check-in -- thank you so much for that!! The rooms were comfortable with every convenience you should need. The rooms seemed to be much better insulated than most hotels I've stayed at which was much appreciated by this light sleeper! My friends who were staying on different floors/sides of the hotel mentioned that they could hear the church bells every night, but I never heard them from the room that I was in. Breakfast was amazing with many options. The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the main train station (which we did every day) and for exploring Zurich. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in town!

The Wi-fi was pretty slow at times

The location was great, it was about a 10 minute walk to and from the train station. The staff was very nice and the check-in/out process was quick. There were many food options around the area that were walking distance, I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant just down the street. Our room was the perfect size for two people and was as described. We will definitely come back here!

The only two things that were an issue for us were that the bathroom is basically one giant piece of glass with some pictures blocking partial view inside. It didn't bother us for the most part, but it did not feel like there was much privacy when using the bathroom, so I assume for people who are not a couple, this may be a bit awkward. The other issue was that one of the lights was very loud. It had this horrible humming noise, but we just left it off our entire stay as there were other lights we could use so, it did not affect us too much.
