The hosts are very nice and accommodating. There is a breakfast/cafe place is a part of the Guesthouse, so it's really convenient to grab a bite to eat. They also provide on-site laundry services, which can be super convenient. It also gets really lively in the evenings with a lot of people gathering and having fun. The rooms had everything we needed. The furniture is a bit outdated but it's served its purposes just fine. The Guesthouse location is pretty good, as it's right next to the bus station. It's great if you, like us, are travelling north from Bangkok by bus.

In one of the rooms, the air-conditioning was positioned in a way that blows straight into people sleeping, so we had to turn it off at night, which caused very hot and sleepless nights. Pillows were also too high and additionally added to the said sleeplessness.

Very affordable and located right next to the bus station so very convenient.Tours to the old city as well as bike hire are offered, though we just took a taxi. Quick laundry service available. They sell drinks and snacks in the evening, though there is no full restaurant. Thankfully there are a couple of options next door and the main commercial area is only 15 minutes walk away.

Towels were very thin, not very good at drying. Curtains let in a lot of light.

I was about to stay one day in the guesthouse and ended up staying for a week there. Very comfortable to have the bus terminal next to you, but the most important thing in my opinion is the ideal service you have from the owner and the staff of the guesthouse. They were always ready and willing to support me, guide me and make my stay much more easier and comfortable. Always with a smile! Room is big and basic for a great price. Highly recommended guesthouse!

My room was big, bright, clean, comfortable, and freshly painted. The AC, wifi, and hot shower all worked great. And there was a fridge in the room too, a real plus. It's practically next door to the bus station, and an easy walk into town. There's public transport 3 times a day from the station to the historical site for 30B, or you can easily get a tuktuk. It's a good value and I would certainly stay here again.

Simple but not lacking any comfort guesthouse... staff english speakers, big area to relax and eat just under the structure, at their desk and a couple of restaurant serving the bus station that cook properly. And the walk to Sukhotai city centre is short and nice. Hint: There is a super nice food/beer garden close by ;)

Nothing to declare. I was leading a group of 16, no one reported me a issue.

The location is really convenient if you are arriving late or leaving early because it's next to the station. It's clean, comfy and the staff is nice and helpfull. It's open 24 hours, they'll wait for you. And they can take care of your laundry.

A little bit overprized. Also the same for the taxis they can book for you.

Very basic room but was mostly fine. Clean and suited our purpose for a short stay. There's a pleasant area to sit outside to eat, drink, or work near the reception desk. Location is great, a few steps from the bus station.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, there's not even really a mattress, it feels like you're sleeping on wood boards.

Perfect location, right next to the bus station, and 20min in songthaew from Historical Park Our room has everything we need and felt like our "home" in our stay in Sukhothai

The attention of the team was beyond increible. They were able to support us via message to guarantee we would have transportation to fulfill our needed times. Thank you!! The location is literally 2 seconds away from the bus station which is great if you need a quick in and out of Sukhothai. Good wifi and everything smelled super clean.

Perfect place for a late arrival (4am). Located in front of the bus station. Nice and quiet bedroom to finish the night and be ready for the next day trip. You can rent scooters if you want to go around ! I recommend.
