Perfect location, close to both tourist attractions and bus station. Very friendly staff. Clean and neat. And they offer free bikes and a simple visiting guide.

This place is amazing. The host was always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, it smelled so good! The bed was big and cozy. The breakfast was delicious! Location is perfect, just behind the local market, and one block away from Wat Traphang Thong. There are bicicles you can use for free to wander around. I really liked this place :)

Our overnight bus dropped us off at 4am in the morning... I waited a little and showed up at 7am at Smiling Face. The owner had barely opened the house, and I was embarrassed to arrive so early. Yet, Kwan (the owner) welcomed warmly ❤️ My room was ready already, so she allowed me to check-in earlier than planned. After a well-needed power nap, I borrowed a bike from the guesthouse. You need to give a 1000bht insurance that you will retrieve when checking out (if nothing happened to the bike ofc!) Kwan is a lovely woman, just like her staff. She helped me figure out where the bus stop to Chiang Mai was, and her cooking was amazing. Her guesthouse is very welcoming and peaceful. It was the perfect place to recharge as a solo traveler Thank you for everything ❤️❤️

The place is really lovely, clean and cozy. The room makes you feel so comfortable and I'd loved to stay for longer. I had anything I needed in my space and the garden area is great too. But what really went much more beyond my expectations was the hospitality of the owners. They let me feel at home, gave me all kind of information and help needed. They provided me with very delicious food (even though this was not part of the agreement) and accompanied me to visit unforgettable places. They are a very lovely family living in a very cozy place! So excited about them!!!

It was perfect. Calm just next to maket and temple Owner and the personal was nice helpful. The room and the bathroom was clean. We can loan bicycle for free, there was baby seat on bicycle. You can eat local breakfast like soup fried rice noodle or continental breakfast sausage egg toast bread. I recommand.

The lady was rlly nice to us. We were able to communicate with her in English without any difficulties. We had to leave this hotel at 7 am to go to Pattaya (Yeah, you read it right, we just messed up with our plan) and not only did she arrange a taxi for us, she also made us sandwiches as breakfast! We were able to play pingpong and there was a hanmok to read a book!

Nah, I don't really come up with a shortcoming It may be relatively expensive but still worth every Bahts, the hospitality was on the beyond level.

1. Location: 2 mins to the main road. 7 mins to the historical park. There are 711 and many restaurants around. 2. Our room is newly renovated: Modern, Spacious, get separation of shower and toilet , get a 55 inch big smart TV. 3. Breakfast: Freshly cook everyday. 4. Service: friendly and helpful.

1. More lighting is needed for the room. 2. Sometimes it is quite difficult to distinguish who's the staff of the guesthouse, and staff is not always avaliable. 3. I booked a taxi to the airport through the guesthouse and it is quite pricy (1000 baht). Call a grab instead.

What an amazing place, and all thanks to the best host ever, Kwan. I arrived very early in the morning and she accommodated me with no problem, letting me leave my bags and giving the bike so I could use it before the check-in time. The following day she invited me to join a ceremony at her place and lunch after. What a beautiful and authentic experience that was! Beside all that, Kwan was super informative about places to see, where to eat and things to do. Breakfast was amazing, great, comfy bed, AC in the room, very clean bathroom, walking distance to everything, including 7/11, restaurants, market, historical park. Overall the best stay in Thailand!

Great value for money, good location, super clean and great hot shower. The staff were really helpful arranging a tuktuk tour, taxi to the station and dinner. The family were lovely, all spoke great English even the children. It was like being a personal guest in their home. Good breakfast, tea, coffee and snacks available free throughout the day. I'd definitely go back!

My only criticism was that there was no top sheet on the bed just a heavy blanket However the staff quickly provided a lightweight bed cover when I asked My room had a low bed which was fine but some may find more inconvenient

1. The location is perfect, very close to a local market and Sukhothai Historical Park. 2. The owner is very hospital, friendly and helpful. Even before the trip, she messaged me and checked if I would need any info on Sukhothai or transport to my next destination. As I had a hard time getting some info in English on the transport to my next destination, she looked for some info for me, gave me some suggestions and responded quickly. She also provided some cultural activities that I could do in Sukhothai upon my request. One day before my departure, she checked with me about whether I still had any questions. Besides that, after I checked in, I told her that I had problem getting some info on the transport from Udon Thani to Ubon Ratchathani, she showed me some info in the next day and helped me call the bus company to get some details just in case. As the bus company required a local phone number and money transfer to its specified bank account to complete the booking, the owner reached out and did that for me. I am an experienced traveler, and honestly speaking, Kwan, the owner, is the most passionate and attentive guesthouse owner I have ever seen because what she did shows how much she cared about and loved helping her guests. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
