Beautiful hotel with a stunning pool and excellent location to visit the UNESCO site. The reception staff were very welcoming and cases taken to our rooms. The setting was serene and the lighting was beautiful after dark. We were able to borrow bikes for free from the hotel to cycle to the UNESCO site.

The service was very slow at the restaurant during the evening and the food came out at different times. We sat for 40 minutes before we were asked for deserts and then 15 minutes later we were advised that some of the deserts had run out. The rooms were lovely overall but required some maintenance. The tap was broken, handles missing and the shower head kept falling off when the shower was on.

This was an amazing place. nice view close to the historical site, nice rooms and good environment. And the price was even low.

The hotel was just as lovely as the photos. Good location to use the hotel free bicycles to go and explore Sukhothai Historical Park, and the local city centre where there are nice places to eat. The room was spacious, comfortable and it had lovely facilities. Lovely walking around the grounds a night when everything is lit up. The little gifts left in the room were a sweet touch! Beautiful pool, great massage by spa on-site. Restaurant food is very good too. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Where to start.... THE POOL! This is one of the most amazing pools that I have ever seen, the tiles just make it pop and the ruins and hills in the background is utterly breath taking. I loved that they had free bikes to use during your stay, this saved having to get transport as Sukhothai is flat and is really easy to navigate with the the wide shoulders on the road side. The room, amazing size room with a lovely high pitched roof and such glamourous lights over the sink in the bathroom with the huge walk in shower. This is a beautiful property and one that I would indeed return to.

I don't easily give 10 across the board, but this place is a hidden gem. The setting among the ruins and rice fields, well back from the main road, is very special. At night the complex is tastefully illuminated by hundreds of LED lanterns. Morning coffee on the balcony was accompanied by distant buddhist chanting and plenty of bird life - in short the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. The hotel is 1.8km from the historical park, a Tuktuk can be booked via reception for 100 Baht. There are decent restaurants within walking distance although the hotel restaurant is equally good. We ordered 3 Thai dishes including spicy pork and found all tasty. Breakfast is either buffet style or fully à la carte depending on the number of guests, and included some Thai specialties such as coconut souffles and deep fried sesame cakes. The rooms were well appointed, we received complimentary fresh sweets each day. What a relief that in Thailand complimentary drinking water comes as standard. We also enjoyed the children's pool which does have some shade.

I'm wracking my brains... nothing

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. We had a balcony room and it was lovely to wake up and look out over the fields. Staff accommodated our strange Western habits. The pool was huge with deep enough water for a proper swim.

Please get more than 2 or 3 decent bikes. Fortunately the pedal fell off my bike while we were at a cafe and the owner threw the bike in his truck and brought me back to the hotel. (If you don’t believe me I can supply photographic evidence) And to whoever took the two reasonably good bikes and put them where others couldn’t use them brickbats.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and looked out onto lush green land which was very peaceful. We saw wonderful birds over the fields and hotel. The inner courtyard was a delightful garden with a pond. The pool was lovely too. I particularly liked the flowers next to the day beds. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. We only choose Thai food, so I cannot comment on the availability of other foods. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. We would happily recommend this hotel and the town.

The hotel is magnificent and comparably cheap - definitely a gem! The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is awesome in terms of choice and quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bikes to ride to the historical park are free, but pay attention which bikes you choose (brakes, saddle height, etc) - therefore a 9 and not a 10 from us for the hotel rating!

The hotel located 10 minuites by bicycle from the historical places. We rented the bikes in the early morning and enjoyed cycling in the nice breeze. The facilities are clean, beautiful and staff is really friendly but the shower was needed to be fixed by request. Breakfast is perfect, especially egg omlette is yummy! additionally, we saw fireflies around the old ruins in front of the restaurant!!!!

The location of the hotel is superb, with unrivalled views - the grounds alone are picture postcards, including the chedi that towers over the gardens. And when lit up at night, just stunning. Rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated with plenty of storage to unpack, the bed was super comfortable. The pool is large, and has an infinity feel to it. We ate at the pool bistro, food was delicious and menu large. The restaurant is still closed, sadly, a result of the pandemic. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Bicycles are available to rent, however, we walked in to the town and hired one of the electric cars to tour the historical park: fun for us (an older couple.) And used tuk tuks to escape the heat. Wifi is good throughout.

Not a big issue, but hadn't appreciated that bills cannot be settled with a Thai debit card - only credit cards are accepted (or cash).
