The house itself has a very nice spirit. Made all of wood, with wooden decorations. I could use the room even before check-in because of my early arrival and we were provided refreshing breakfast every morning. Refreshment as coffee, tea, toast and Thai snacks were provided. The owner readily helped with any issue. The bed was very comfortable and A/C working properly. The historical city is just 5 mins away by walk and bikes were at disposal. Night market, 7/11, pharmacy and wat just across the street.

The hotel is situated on the main street, so expect that the front room might by disturbed by usual thai traffic and amusement. As the house is built in old traditional way the walls might be thin and neighbors might be heard.

The nicest surprice during the journey. The guesthouse has authenthic soul, it is old teak wood house with internal terrace. The room has everything we neede - aircon, fridges, bathroom witj cosmetics, some brochures about Sukhothai, even the balcony. The locasion is prerfect - close to the Historical Park and to restaurants or food stalls. Even the breakfast was officially not included we received plates of fruts and could take bananas, tosts, coffee and tea. Also we had bicycles for a day for free. The host was so good person that before our leaving (for a night bus) gave us the key to the room for taking a shower! We were really touched... We wish him all the best and we recommend warmly this place!

Best location you can wish for, walking distance to all the temples. Very kind and helpful owner, even walked us to the bus station and helped with translation. Large, tasty portion of local hot breakfast. Rooms are all made from wood like on the pictures, nice historic atmosphere.

Room needed soms extra cleaning of lesser used areas (fridge, dust, spider webs); bathroom, floor and beds were clean. As can be expected from wooden floors and walls you can hear some noise from neighbors but this didn't disturb us. Matrasses are hard but that was almost everywhere in Thailand.

The owner is very nice and even took care of us providing us with cold water, watermelon and ice cream. In addition, we were allowed to check in before 1pm as our bus arrived earlier and to check out in the evening. The owner also called the bus company for us to find out the departure time and to do the reservation for the bus to Phitsanulok. The location of the guesthouse is perfect. It's approx. 50m from the bus stop, 100m from the market and 300m from the Central Historical Park. The building is nice and the air conditioning is strong enough to cool the room down quickly. There are bicycles which you can use for free to discover the 3 parts of the Historical Park.

Best host I have ever had. He let us use his bikes for free and prepared us breakfast every morning for free too (when it was not included in our fare). We had an early check-out to get an early bus and there were no taxis available, so he drove us to the bus station in his own, personal car. Absolutely delighted by this person, I wish everyone in the world was like him. Thank you so much for everything!

Owner was really friendly and helpful. Organized two bikes with children seats in the back for free. The guesthouse offers a balcony with nice wooden chairs and table which is ideal for breakfast. The kids liked it very much. The interior of the rooms is older but very traditional so it perfectly fits to the rest of old sukhothai. There are a lot of restaurants, a market and several supermarkets within a maximum of 2 minutes walking distance.

A very good place.When we arrived at nearly 12:00 a.m.，the host let's check in and even provide free lunch for us. The location is beside the bus station and it’s only one minute's walk there. There is a big local market on the other side of the road in which we can by different foods there. The historical park is also very neer，and the guest house provide free bike. The free break fast is very good.We would like to live here when we come to this place again.

The host was wonderfully attentive and helpful in sorting out transport or any questions you may have during your stay in Old Sukhothai. We were able to check-in early without much fuss and was even offered a free breakfast on arrival! Despite the language barrier he always has a smile on his face and keen to give you a hand. The room was basic but clean and fitted with all the necessities(AC, fresh linen and beddings, complimentary chilled water etc.) Located centrally and free bikes to get around. Really excellent value for money!

The guy running the hotel was absolutely lovely, we read a lot of reviews about how nice he was but couldn’t believe really how good he was. Location is perfect, just a short bike ride away from the Historical Park. He lent us the bikes for free as well. Rooms were clean and one of the nicest bathrooms we’ve had since we we’ve been here!

The room was a little dark due to not really having a window but for a short stay it really didn’t matter and there’s a joint balcony to sit on for the evening anyway.

The location is perfect to travel to the various districts of Sukhothai, and the owner could not be more helpful. He even arranged for our taxi to the bus station when ours fell through.

The bikes provided were not in the best of shape, but made for a funny experience. Others may prefer to hire a bike in better condition which are easily found further up the road.
