We stayed in the guesthouse, the resort is just around the corner, the standard of the resort is also noticeable in the guesthouse, everything is super neat, tidy and clean, the staff very helpful and English-speaking, if you found no one English-speaking in the guesthouse, you could easily turn to the staff of the resort! You can rent bikes from the resort and there is a very decent laundry service (drop off before 10am, back the same day at 5pm!).

There was no breakfast in the guesthouse, but you could easily ask for it in the resort, the buffet there is really good, large selection between Thai and Western breakfast, good coffee! The only downer could be the situation at the pool, as the pool is used by both the guesthouse and the resort, it can get a bit crowded in the afternoon! If you want to go out for dinner, you have to drive a bit to Old Sukhothai Center or to New Sukhothai.

Such a quiet and tranquil hotel. One of the nicest stays I've had on my travels. Had a room with a window overlooking the pool and scenery. Limits on noise in the evening, can hear the surrounding wildlife. It's really a perfect fit for Sukhothai and a great place for couples or single travelers to get away.

Think the hotel offers tuk tuk taxis to town, they can arrange. Believe they also offer rental on bicycles and motorbikes, although I rented a motorbike from another hotel. In my opinion pretty essential when in sukhothai to get around freely.

The staff here were amazing, they really went above and beyond. Great pool and rooms for a very decent price too

Wonderfully clean, crisp air conditioning, great WiFi, really comfortable bed, clean sheets and bedding and a fantastic swimming pool that was very well maintained, we even had extra towels for the pool in our room. Bicycle hire is available from the sister hotel a couple of minutes walk from here. We used the bicycles to explore Sukhothai and didn't have any issues. We'd love to have stayed here a few days longer, but our schedule wouldn't allow it.

The pool looked clean and convenient though I didn't get time for it. The beds were good.

The WiFi was unstable and quite frustrating, perhaps because Sukhothai is more regional. The hotel sends you transport options suggesting Tuk Tuks at 200-300 baht but don't suggest the cheaper options such as the buses which will get you close and you can walk the rest of the way, or the Grab App (Uber) which was 135 baht.

It’s in a quiet nature area near the Sukhotai historic park. The swimming pool area is nice and is shared with the adjacent hotel. Excelent wifi. Free private parking available. We had room 7 facing the swimming pool on the 1st floor. The room was clean and cosy. Bicycles for hire for 50B per day.

Like the room, the queen size bed was also small. The shower drainage could be improved (or unclogged?) because a lot of water was being collected.

Amazing spacious and confortable rooms. Great location. Nice pool. Very modern and cozy hotel.

A bit more flexibility with late check outs. A paying late checkout would be a great option to have as normally the buses leave during the afternoon and due to the heat specially during those hours would be a nice thing to implement.

I’ve liked the service that they gave to us, hosts really friendly and helpful, and the location that was very close, 15 mins walking, to the old city.

Very bad pillows. It might be me that I’ve found the pillows really strong but I had a bit of problem meanwhile I was trying to sleep because of that.

Fantastic hotel located in Sukhothai old city. Everything was lovely, the room, the pool, the bathroom, everything. You can rent bikes here for 50 baht per day for the historical park. There are good restaurants within walking/biking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here.

This place was the best place I stayed in 2 months of travelling South East Asia. The room was perfect. The pool is lovely. The hosts went above and beyond for me - Orapan printed my Laos visa and even went to buy stamps for me. I am very thankful. Can't recommend this place enough.
