Everything.. Rooms nice. One of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. Pool area and pool great, unfortunately the pool bar was closed. The staff was amazing. Food great. Wine bar amazing. Absolutly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Only downside was that we could not have our meals sitting outside. The restaurant was only inside area and it was a bit cold. It needed some cozyness and an option for wanting to sit outsidr in the beatiful Weather.

Really friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool was very relaxed and a nice space with great views:) The shuttle to the historical park was really well organised and perfect for enjoying the festival of Loy Krathong which had events on every day. Room was comfy and local snacks and water restocked (glass bottles) was a really nice touch. Liked the sustainability aspects here.

Limescale and tired decor, more vegetatian dinner options would make this a 10/10

The place was cozy and quiet. It was spacious that you could take a walk in the rice field in the morning when the weather was not too hot. The room was clean and comfy. Minibar was free with yummy traditional snacks that I had to buy more for my family members at home. Staff kept filling our minibar everyday. Staff were helpful and friendly with good advice around the area. Breakfast was great too. What I specially loved was the small wine & coffee bar that served Starbucks coffee so we didn't need to go out for coffee or drinks!

Not a negative point, but more of a note. Those who come without a vehicle may find it inconvenient to find a nearby place to eat. Historic park area is a few kilometers away full of places to eat. A bicycle would do too, but I'd recommend to rent a vehicle so it's easier to get around.

The hotel management is clearly excellent. We came to Sukhothai for the Loy Krathong festival. The hotel offered free transportation and pick up from the site of the festival in the Historical Park from 5 pm until 11:30 pm every day of the festival. In addition, they provided free transportation and pickup to the Historical park in the morning. Without this service it would have been extremely difficult for us to participate in the festival. In addition, they provided krathongs for us free of charge. The staff was very helpful and nice, and it was clear that they were happy to help.

The room could benefit from having at least two towel racks in the bathroom. There were only six pool lounges, and they needed some care. During our three day stay pool towels were available only on the last day.

Very nice hotel, a few km away from the Sukhothai historical park, but a free shuttle bus is at your disposition to bring you to the park and to pick you up again. People at the reception were friendly and even gave us an upgrade. The room was spacious and the bathroom is huge. A big swimming pool is available and there is a biological garden where they grow the vegetables and the fruits they use in the kitchen. We took dinner in the restaurant of the hotel (Pink Lotus) and although it was almost empty, the food was good and tasty and service was friendly. There is also a nice bar with friendly people and drinks at a reasonable price.

In fact, nothing. Just to comment that it is a beautiful hotel (although maybe not perfect) that has clearly suffered somewhat from the past covid period. Some refreshing might be done. But then again, taking into account the price paid, it is a very good choice to visit the historical park.

Helpful staff, clean room, amazing pool, nice breakfast (loots of variety, both western and Thai food available); the pick-up and drop-off from / to Old Sukhothai Town really comes in handy; Overall great hotel!!

There was a bit of an odd smell in the room (humidity maybe) but wouldn’t describe it as a deal breaker… more of a minor inconvenience. It would disappear as soon as you opened the windows

there is parking available, hotel is very pleasant and has nice design, room was very spacious, large bed, both bath and shower, great swimming pool, there were some nice snacks i the room for us, lots of options for breakfast, staff was very helpful and helped me with some arrangements with other hotels.

Big rooms, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice English breakfast with additional fresh fruits, since we were the only guests and didn't make sense to have a buffet for 4 people. Beautiful garden and lake behind the hotel. Close to the historic park. Sufficient gym and nice clean pool.

The furniture needs to be replaced as it looks dated.

Great staff, facilities (especially the pool and restaurant), location, and transport options (cheaper than anticipated). The place was absolutely wonderful and well worth what we paid. Would happily come back again.

Perhaps a working gym space would be good but otherwise everything was great.

Don´t book a standard room! We made the mistake and it was a room with urine rests on the closet and mold on the wall. We complained and got for the same price a room in the higher category. This was good!
