People here are extremely friendly and welcoming, the bungalows are well kept, clean and give you a sense of privacy. The bed is comfortable and the room comes with a fridge and a kettle. We also enjoyed the spacious pool as well as the really good breakfast. The whole resort makes a very organized and tended for impression. They also have bikes for rent, snacks and ice cream to buy and a laundry service. WI-FI was okay. We stayed for three nights and would have loved to stay longer. Also: Chorphaka, the restaurant nearby, is awesome!

More or brighter lights in the bungalows would be nice

We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sawasdee Sukhothai Resort. Our cottage was very comfortable and spacious with an adjacent big bathroom. A daily clean was provided. It was lovely to have the outdoor seating on the balcony and appreciate the well maintained and beautiful gardens. The pool was large and a great way to cool down after exploring Sukhothai. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the cereals provided including muesli, juices, toast and reals jams (not the tiny little packets), hot food including eggs, pancakes and vegetable fitters/omellettes. Thai food was also provided such as rice and noodle dishes which my husband enjoyed and piled on lots of chilli. Plentiful fresh tropical fruit was provided every day too. Best of all were the people who owned managed the accommodation service. All the staff were lovely and helpful including making recommendations for sightseeing and transport. Located in a quiet area but close enough to explore Sukhothai Historical Park and old city. We walked everywhere and if preferred free hire of bicycles is available. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel and wish we had a bit more time here. Pool was very nice and clean, and water was lukewarm, perfect for an evening swim. We rented out some bikes to go to the park which was a 15 min bike ride (bikes are a bit rusty but good enough for one day). Hotel room was very nice and clean, with a terrace and chairs and tables to enjoy outside. We arrived with the night bus from Ayutthaya and were able to get our room keys at 2am without any issue; very helpful staff.

The resort is small and beautiful; the location is perfect if you are visiting Sukhothai/temples for one full day. Fantastic place to stay, the bungalow's porch is great for relaxing, so is the pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

We had a small problem in the toilet, there were a lot of ants (a lot) but staff gave us spray and got rid of the ants imediatley . No more ants since then. Also it is normal as you are in plain nature, if this happens just tell the lady at reception she is very nice and the team will sort it out for you.

I needed to check in at around 01:00 am so I called the hotel in advance to explain my situation. Upon arrival, a security guard checked me in without much hassle. The hotel staff also helped me book a half day private transfer to and from Si Satchanalai and my bus ticket back to Chiang Mai. Had a bike for free to explore around Sukhothai. Breakfast had a decent variety. Strong air-conditioning and good hygiene, mosquito net.

The showerhead could not be fixed and kept sliding down

Very nice and quiet resort. The owner cares a lot to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a pool villa with a great view of the garden and flowers at the pool. You can book a massage, they will come to your room. We loved this quiet surroundings. Breakfast is good as well. A nice restaurant is nearby in walking distance.

Electricity including air-condition does not work when key is not in the room

We really felt like in paradise. The small teak bungalows, the garden and the swimming pool area are just beautiful. The resort is also very kids friendly. Breakfast was also fine with enough choice. We also appreciated that the resort prepared a brochure with activities and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again when in Thailand.

The resort is very close to the historical site and provides bicycles to visit it independently. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and you feel surrounded by nature (with "frogs concerts" during the night). The swimming pool was super relaxing at the end of the day. What really made the difference though was the kindness and availability of the host. Highly recommended if you are in Sukhothai.

Excellent location close to the ruins and to all amenities (restaurants, bus station). Very nice spacious room. Free bike rental at the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff (for visits, bus / trains / taxis bookings, with laundry, etc.).

There was a special event (I think at the temple close by) when I was there with loud music starting at 5:30/6am but it was only 2 days, then it stopped.

Staff has been really gentle and helpful. We arrived at the 5 am, 3 hours earlier than the expected time. They offered us breakfast and the chance to take a shower before heading to the Historical park. Lovely structure, an awesome oasis in Sukhothai. Approved and really recommended

Nothing. We stayed at the resort just one day only and it was all great, more than we expected.
