We loved it ! Super host, super location, typical cave room, good breakfast taken on the terrace with a beautiful view. We recommend it !

Fantastic staff- Maureen and Ali both went above and beyond. The cook (I’m sorry but I didn’t get her name) all were extremely kind and easy to talk to. Really cool place to stay with an amazing terrace Incredible breakfast- especially the homemade cake and the rose Jam Maureen had some great recommendations and set up dinner reservations for us which were all great, but Sedef was the stand out restaurant Book the hot air balloons with Maureen also- it is slightly a bigger expense but found it to be worth the money

Great location in centre of everything. Stayed in a Cave suite. Maureen that worked for Paradise was exceptional with assisting and helping facilitate activities to do in Cappadocia like the balloon ride. We could not fault our stay. Would recommend at least 2 nights here.

The Wifi does not work in the suite as is a Cave. To be expected but something to be aware of.

I really like the fairy cave, despite a bit small, less space compare to normal room. But we got to stay in a cave. It wasnt that chilly at night, thanks for the heater. Toilet is spacious with water heater too. The best part is, during breakfast u will have the great view without need to go other places. Great hospitality and comfy bed. Breakfast also plenty amount of turkish breakfast.

It's not that i dont like, just a suggestion if the next travellers, should bring smaller luggage if staying in cave room.

The location is great, the staff is friendly and will give you directions as well as help with airport bus reservations and balloon reservations.

The overall facilities are old, the door lock is hard to lock, the shower nozzle switch needs to be tightened very hard to stop the water from dripping, the sound insulation is poor, and the room is very humid.

First of all, the location was perfect. The terrace is beautiful, and the common areas are stunning. But above all, the owner Maureen delivered an absolutely amazing service: she helped us book all our tours and shuttles; gave us awesome food and guide recommendations and was super responsive with an amazing sense of welcoming.

It had stone rooms and cave rooms. It was very well maintained. Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Delicious breakfast with very fresh food. Lovely and easily accessible terrace with great views. The staff were extremely helpful. We could also get laundry done. Excellent location v close to the bus station.

The room in the fairy chimney was a bit small.

Quaint hotel tucked slightly away from the main street but partly integrated into the chimneys. Clean, cozy room. Good communication with staff, located near the center and walkable to viewpoints and open air museum.

Staff seemed a little spread thin at times. Wish breakfast could be offered earlier especially considering pick up times for tours.

Almost nothing, everything was perfect. If we really have to name 1 thing: maybe that breakfast only started at 08h30. But it's worth it, because it's super fresh, local, tasty and changes regularly... Even when we had to check out early (4am) they made us take away breakfast box!

The view from the terrace was my highlight especially in the morning watching the hot air balloons take off. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants.

The only I can say I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning, especially during my visit it was so hot in my room.
