I could not recommend this stay more! The owner is really one of the absolute highlights of this hotel - he out of his way to make the stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible! Upon our arrival at 8am, following a 12hour bus ride, he offered us a spare bed to ensure we could get some extra (much needed) rest before the official check-in. The owner then proceeded to to drive us to our first point of interest, free of charge. And upon check-out , he gifted out with some authentic Turkish delight. Beyond the owner, the rooms were charming, clean, well kept and had good heating (an essential for the cold early mornings and evenings). Breakfast was a delicious wide spread and there was free tea and coffee throughout the day. The location is in the centre of Goreme, and thus is in perfect walking distance to all restaurants, taxis and bus stations. Book this stay! You will not regret it!

Beautiful hotel with stone concept. There was delicious breakfast, clean rooms and helpful staff. Especially Mr. Osman helped us by explaining the Cappadocia area and touristic sites with a map. He described the tours in city and transportation options. Hotel was in a central location, and it was very easy to travel significant sites by walking from there.

There was no option for food except breakfast and there is no fridge/minibar in room to conserve own foods.

First thing that striked me was the smell of cleanness, the room was spacious, had everything it needed. The staff is very nice and friendly, breakfast was varied, we even got offered tea or coffee any time we were in the hotel. The view is amazing, you get both the fairy chimneys and the hot air balloons. Would definitely go back!

It was amazing from the beginning to the end! First and foremost: the Family and the staff are super friendly, helpful and communicative! They took time to talk to their guests, sit with them in the evenings or to make tea at any time during the day. I cannot stress enough how they made our time there a special experience and how they made us feel comfortable immediately! Thanks again! The hotel ist at a central location, it has beautiful, very thoughtfully arranged, traditional interior. The absolut best is the rooftop terrace. Yes, this is a rare case of it-looks-just-like-on-the-pictures. It offers a breathtaking view at the balloons over the city at sunrise! We just left and we already miss it. This is a really special place and i can't recommend it enough!

Great value and location, easy to walk to many shops and restaurants and even the open air museum. Beds are very comfy and the stone aesthetic feels very cozy and different. Breakfast on the terrace was a great spread and we enjoyed sitting up there at all hours, whether it be balloon watching at sunrise or coffee in the afternoon.

A tiny complaint but water temperature is very sensitive in the bathrooms so it’s quite hard to get it to not be freezing cold or scalding hot, but with a lot of wiggling you can find a happy medium. The stone walls and lack of ventilation do kind of make the room a bit damp feeling after showers, but with an open window it’s really only noticeable for a short while.

The owners are very nice and made us felt very welcome here. I arrived from Istanbul not feeling well and he show us the pharmacy to get the medicine. Thank you Halil. He also give us informations on the tours when was asked. They are very knowlegeable. Their english are also very good so it is easy for us to communicates. Their hotel is also in the middle of goreme near to eatery and souvenier shopping area. Their hotel also have a terrace which can view the hot air balloon early in the morning if you can wake up that early. All and all I had an enjoyable stays here. I wish I had stay abit longer. Not to forget thank you to Isa's wife for the parting gifts. We love it very much.

There are nothing NOT to like.

The owners are two brothers who are extremely nice, helpful and funny! You can tell they love what they do cause they give a great service. Room was great size, super comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was big! The terrace and breakfast were probably the stand out! You will be full of delicious home cook classics such as eggs, french toast, mushrooms, cereals, etc but also try some traditional dishes. Watching the sunrise on their terrace is beautiful, you can see all the hot air balloons. Location was perfect. They also offer good tours and even hot air balloon experience.

The internet was very slow.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable with all amenities we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and the staff were amazing. Truly the nicest people with great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the rooftop terrace was gorgeous with wonderful views. The staff went above and beyond to help us with transfers, hot air balloon for a great price and activities for our stay. I loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and I appreciate the desks and tables I can place my stuff on. I've stayed in small rooms in other hotels with hardly a side table and it's quite inconvenient. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a variety of foods. View from the rooftop was great! The staff was very helpful - and thanks for arranging for my hot air balloon ride at the last minute!

There was a small leak under the sink. I stayed only one night so it didn't bother me much, and they attended to it as soon as I informed them of it. Wifi was a bit spotty in my room at first, but I could still connect and stream my shows, so it's okay.

Good location for sightseeing in Cappadocia for the first time, with kind staff and a lovely terrace for watching balloons. I arrived around 8am by bus from Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, only a 4-5 minute walk away, and they allowed me to leave my baggage before the tour. However, the most impressive thing was the hospitality! The owner always took great care of me, arranging services like airport shuttles and tours. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay there.
