This hotel is raw as most of the surroundings are in Kayseri - and maybe one should not expect more. We had a good privacy in our hut and that was great! The room was also big and so was the fridge. The location was excellent. We had only to walk about 200 meters to enter the centre of the town, but still didn't notice any traffic noises. The breakfast was good and service there very good. The view from the top was great. To wake up at 6 am to see the hot air balloons was fantastic!

I was not pleased at the beginning to be put in a hut at the hotel - was hoping for a cave room. The beds were OK, but my mattress needed rotation. I asked for more hangers, but didn't get - and we managed.

I was a bit sceptic of this hotel because of the price when I booked, I had this as back up and intended to move to more pricier place. I’m so glad I stayed! First of all: the balloons are on top of you, when you wake up! I was getting ready and could hear them burn the fuel from my cave room! The pictures with the trees and the rock suggest it’s outside of the city, but that’s just optics! It’s one side street off the main strip of restaurants, located a little higher with a good view over the city. It’s also quite close to the path up the rocks for the view point. The 3p room was great, soap amenities included, heating nicely on in the room (it can get cold at night). The pool and garden were gorgeous and clean, the breakfast all I could wish for. The home made pastries with cheese and the spice dip were my favorite! It really became a good ‘base’ while I adventured during the day. The biggest credit to host Suleyman and the rest of the staff. He took care of everything and he really saved my butt when I got into conflict with my balloon company. He took the talk for me when the balloon company owner showed up all cowboy style, and he made sure I received the €50 back. Note! I wish I had booked more activities through him. I paid WAY more for a balloon flight on my own, than if I had used him, and the same applies for transport and tours. Suleyman made sure I had an amazing green tour for a decent price with the best tour guide, who was so good, I wish he was my history teacher in school. (If you’re interested, ask for Hakan). Suleyman really knows what is good and through him, you always end up paying less in some way. It’s crazy. He was very honest about things maybe not being worth the money as well. I had an amazing vacation, and it would not have been the same, had I stayed in any other place. Ps. Their dog Zeus is also a darling.

At one point the water fell out for the whole town for some hours during the later night. They have a pump to compensate but that has its limitations (this is not really a complaint, this place is awesome!). I wrote to the host and it was fixed in no time and they made sure by WhatsApp that I was comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The staff were absolutely incredible, treating us like old friends and making our stay feel warm and welcoming. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly stood out. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool area was a highlight, with a relaxing atmosphere that gave off great vibes, perfect for both daytime lounging and evening dips. This hotel is the ideal spot to hang out, whether you're looking to unwind during the day or enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The nighttime lighting and ambiance were simply stunning, creating a magical setting that enhanced our evenings. Overall, this is the best hotel to stay at if you're looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. Highly recommended!

Room is literally carved in cave, especially the bathroom. The yard with pool is great, with many sitting places around. It was cloudy during our stay, but during two sunny days we could see air baloons fly around, even from the hotel. Breakfast is okey. And we had a dedicated parking space under the grape and staff was hellpful.

Bare in mind that the rooms are carved in cave (stone) so it might be little moisture, so you better leave window open during the day when you walk around Cappadocia

We stayed in the bungalow. It's not too big, but there was enough room for all of our luggage and still had room to get around. The beds are comfortable, it is very clean, wifi works well, air conditioning works well. The pool is clean and refreshing. Breakfast was excellent with different choices everyday. The location is good with 7 pinnacles right behind the hotel and the sunrsie/sunset lookout above it. Kettle and fridge in the room are nice to have. It's very quiet at night. The family who runs it are very kind and helpful and the one at reception speaks excellent English. They would help you get the best price for balloon rides, although we didn't do one. We paid a much lower rate in the shoulder season and it was definitely worth it compared to other hotels in Goreme.

The bungalow could a quick repair to the front door and a new shower head. Coffee isn't very good at breakfast.

Fantastic, relaxed place. The set up is great and the bungalow was very comfortable, with a private sitting area out the front. The pool was big with lots of communal spaces. Included breakfast had a large variety and was nice. The staff were extremely helpful and even helped me clean some Berry stains off my jeans. Having laundry available at the hotel is also very convenient. Close to the hot air balloon take off area so there's always a view of the beautiful balloons in the morning.

The staff was super friendly and went out of the way to assist us. The breakfast was lavish and spread was delicious. The location is fantastic and very close to sunrise point, love valley hike, main market and bus stop. They property also has a pool however it was too cold for us to enjoy that.

The property is up a steep road, so if you are with luggage it can be an issue. The stone house is huge and spacious however the bungalows are too tiny. The property doesn't serve drinking water with the package, you need to purchase it additionally.

It is very central, good Turkish breakfast and lovely friendly staff. It feels surreal to be sleeping in a cave. Kids loved the pool.

I have asked one of the staff , she spoke some English and told her to clean our room number which I thought she understood and said yes, I kept it simple but when we arrived at our room after our drive the room was not cleaned. They specifically told us they will clean the room if they are asked to. There wasn't any racks to put the towel when your having a shower. The tap could have been changed as it kept tmoving every time we turn on the tap.

This place is a hidden gem! Highly recommended. I think booking.com says this isn't actually in Goreme - it is. It's about 2 minutes walk from the main street which means it is quiet so you feel like you're in a really peaceful location, but only walk 2 minutes and you're in the centre of Goreme. The location is amazing - fairy chimneys overshadow the hotel. Beautiful small pool with lovely swinging chairs around the pool. Amazing breakfast - the best we had in Turkey. Kind and accomodating staff. The room was brilliant - it felt like a cave room, even though it wasn't. Huge stone beds, and magnificent huge bathroom including a heated surface and basin like is used in Turkish Baths, plus standard shower, sink, toilet. Very quiet location. Very good value.

Like all hotels, they offer tours and take a reasonable amount of commission. My daughter didn't like the stone bed because she bashed her head on it, but I thought it made the room lovely and told her to just sleep further down the bed! The Wifi didn't work in our room but did just outside the door.

The breakfast is a typical turskish breakfast, salads, bread, white cheese. The cave room for being a cave is very humid and smells like it but it very interesting for the experience. The place is very beautiful. The street is a hill. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Get in touch with them to book the transport from/to airport.

Im allergic and the room humidity wasn't really good for my nose, but I dealt well with it
