Location right down the street from Hagia Sophia. Staff are super friendly and very helpful with check in and luggage assistance.

First room we had part of the shower door was missing which caused the floor to get wet. Only one sleeping pillow to choose from.

Was very pleasantly surprised by how close the location was to the major sights we wanted to see. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, shower temperature and pressure were excellent. The breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options to eat. The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions

Our room faced the main street the hotel is on and so was a bit noisier than I would've liked between the tram bells, crowds and call to prayer. Luckily I brought earplugs but perhaps would advise they have these in the room in case you need them?

- The location of this hotel is perfect. Its walking distance from Hagia Sophiya, Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace. The tram stop is hardly a min walk. - The rooms were clean and decently sized. - The Bathroom was spacious and clean. Good shower area with hot water and pressure. - Daily housekeeping - The look and feel of this hotel is very modern and well maintained. - the Breakfast area is spacious and lively. - The beds were comfortable and clean. Our room had a wierd placement of beds due to the shape of the room. - Good WiFi

- The rooms aren't sound proof. - The Hotel doesnt have a lift and hence we need to lug the bags up and down the stairs. (The Front desk made it very clear that's its 3 star hotel and that's how it is) - The breakfast spread was decent, the only issue I had with it is that they didn't refill the salad and eggs once they were over. (it's kinda first come first serve basis, if u come late there would hardly be any left) - The Hotel is on a very busy street, so our transfers had to find a spot in an alley a few mins away from the hotel, esp when u need to load on or off the luggage.

Comfortable, well equipped. Varied, tasty breakfast, we could choose a new variaton for 8 days. Great location: 5 minutes to Topkapi and Hagia Sophia, 2 minutes to the tram station to Galata, 10 to Marmaray to Asian side. Really worth its price.

The window looked out onto a courtyard, that belongs to a restaurant - if they use it (as they did one dawn), it can be noisy. The window is poorly insulated, it can be very uncomfortable when the weather is not mild.

Very close proximity to most major tourists sites. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Miscommunication between the hotel receptionist and our taxi driver. We ended up walking for a good 10 minutes to the hotel at 1am dragging our luggage and bags.

The location is great, close to the Hagia Sophia and the metro station is a few steps from the hotel.

The room was extremely small, it bothers me that there are no accessories in the toilet for storing cosmetics or any small things. The same is missing in the room.

Location - The hotel is within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions we wanted to see, Hagia Sophia, grand bazaar, Blue Mosque etc , loads of attractions and food places nearby, The breakfast buffet was reasonable as well, we had a good stay here and the staff were as helpful as they could be.

The tram lines are just outside the hotel, please note that due to this a taxi won’t drop you right outside the hotel but they’ll drop your nearby. I’d say it’s more of a hotel for single people, couples or friends and not ideal for a family with kids as there isn’t much for the kids to do other than stay in their hotel rooms.

A little run down. For the price and location it was worthwhile though!

The main positive sides about this hotel are breakfast and location. The breakfast is delicious with wide range of products, but not so many meat (it's not a problem for breakfast time, anyway). The hotel is located in the city center, it takes usually 3 min to get to Hagia Sophia and 5 min to Topkapi Saray.

I can say that the air conditioning equipment was rather noisy. The hotel is located in the city center, and my room has a street view, so it was a bit noisy too. However, for me hotel is a place just for sleeping, not for living. Everyday I leave hotel around 10am and come back 10pm, so above mentioned problems don't bother me during my stay.

Excellent room, location, food and kind personal, always available to help with any doubt or even recommend best ways to go to each place
