Very well located

The streets around the hotel are dirty, but is the historical center.

The location could not have been better— it is a 10 minute walk to many top attractions and just two minutes to the light rail. Chasm at the front desk offered great advice on what to see and where to eat and even upgraded our room to one on a higher floor. The room was also clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. There are many fantastic cafes and restaurants just steps from the hotel however I would also encourage you to hop on the light rail and most other popular neighborhoods can be reached within 15 minutes.

The hotel is located in a very good place, as it is only a very short walking distance from some of the main attractions in Istanbul, such as the grand bazaar and the blue mosque. The hotel is also right by a tram line, easily accessible for travelling. It is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes, so always a food option available, as well as other services like hairdressers. Likewise, the staff are extremely professional and their service is outstanding. Always on hand to provide with what was needed and always had excellent information about tours and trips and very reasonable prices and times. I reccomend this 110%!

Everything Location Staff Breakfast It was an amazing stay with the perfect location (1 minute by walk to a tram station “Cemberlitas” and 1 tram stop to Sultanahmet). We reached hotel at night, but we were given a room and all the necessary information. The staff was always helpful and smiling! Thanks to Ayhan bey, Kazim bey, Kadir bey for making our stay so pleasant and happy 😊 Ayhan bey helped me to organise transfer many days before my trip to Istanbul, so we didn’t have to worry about anything 🙏 The room was very clean and bedsheets with towels were changed very often ( cleaning ladies were always smiling and asking if they can help us with something). To sum it up we were happy to be here once again and we will surely come back to our favourite hotel 🏨❤️

Location is perfect, just a few min walk from Hagia Sofia, the blue mosque and the grand bazaar. Also there’s a tram line next to the hotel that connects with other areas like galata and taksim.The area around the hotel is also very lively with many traditional shops and cafes. We loved our room and the guys at the reception were always very helpful and friendly. We absolutely recommend this hotel and we’ll be staying here again if we visit Istanbul in the future. Thank you guys for an amazing stay!

THE BREAKFAST: Location of the breakfast was a dark, non inviting area for dinining. I think there was cold cereal and nothing more - I was less curious about the food because of the room.

Being American, the breakfasts were less appealing: Nothing reminded me of a western breakfast - Turkish breakfast is usually yogurt, soft cheese, tomatoes, egg substitute, croissants, olives, hot dog slices, and really strong coffee.

I stayed there 4 days with my family, The hotel is so clean and the staff was so friendly specially Mr.Ayhan (10/10). The hotel located in the middle of the old city and next to the Tramway station.

The location, close to the major attractions of Sultanahmed and a few meters away from the Çemberlitas tram stop. The welcoming staff, specially Ayhan, who was above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, helping with anything we could need.

Few space in the basin and toilet mirror, but it's nothing important

The staff are friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the market square

They set the faucet in the shower room wrongly. Normally it is hot water on the left and cold water on the right, like the one they set it correctly to the bathroom sink. I unfortunately got a little bit burnt by the hot water.
