The room was big enough for three of us. The bathroom was excellent. nice shower. The breakfast is at the roof , so nice to have a good breakfast and to look at the sea and harbour, The location is perfect Why:? Near to the grand bazaar(200 meters) ,tram station 100 meters, walk to blue mosque and topkapi within 15 minutes , so nice to walk through this city. Walk to the Bosporus in 20 minutes and so much siteseeing during the walk. If you like to buy shoes then the location of the hotel is exactly in the street of almost 100 shoe shops. staff very friendly and service minded.

I liked the fact that the room was exactly what I saw in the pictures. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the room would be cleaned every day! Personally, I prefer to stay in this area of Istanbul because it is close to main sights, it has many great options for food in close vicinity while the tram is a stone's throw away.

Nothing really

The hotel is in a perfect location because is near to every important point to visit in Istanbul. You have in a 5min walk the Grand Bazaar, Sultan Ahmet Camii, Ayasofya Cami, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, 2min walk from the Cemberlitas tram station to go to the Galata tower (just 20min in tram) and the Dolmabahce Palace. The street of the hotel isn’t so nice, but it doesn’t care if you don’t spend to much time there. The people at the hotel are great, at the reception, the restaurant, so nice and helpful. Great breakfast

Maybe the exactly location of the hotel, because the street is not nice and not very clean. But is near to the important places. At the shower we have some problems with the water coming out to the floor of the bathroom, but nothing critical.

Breakfast was poor. Not much selection. But their breakfast room is so small, I understand they have no space for anything more.

I booked this hotel because of amazing location. You can walk around and even don’t use public transport. Few minutes to Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Galata bridge. So many nice restaurants around and there are few supermarkets next to the hotel. Stuff were very friendly. Guys on reception helped us a lot. Housekeeping were very nice as well. Thank you to Umut, Ugur,Atin, Bahar and Ugur for your work! Will recommend this place to my friends!

Hotel is good and quiet. The most important side of this hotel is staff. Specially the valuable, hardworking and smart manager Mr.Eren. Actually there's many things to talk about him and his efforts to help all his costumers professionally. He went out of the way to help us for our needs and happiness. He just does the great job for example guiding, organizing transfer, explaining to go to the main places of Istanbul and seeing picturesque attractions. Hopefully I will come back here soon for long dates. Many many thanks to Mr. Eren again for making this hotel colorful and nice.

Nothing to mention

Great location, nice clean hotel with all utilities, tasty breakfast. I would especially like to highlight the attentiveness of the staff. When my father got sick during our stay, the receptionist communicated with foreign doctors and went on his own time to buy all the medicine for the best price. He was very helpful with tips for getting around the city and even borrowed us his own public transport card. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel.

the staff in the dining room is very good, the breakfasts are very good, the room was cleaned very well, the night watchman woke me up at 4 o'clock and called a taxi and agreed on the price to Taksim, where the buses go to the airport, the luggage must be exact, otherwise the fine is exorbitant, I am very pleased with my trip, not on duty, the staff is very neat and I highly recommend this hotel

Location is very central and close to major attractions, metro station, supermarket and food shops. Breakfast buffet was decent with a nice view. Daily housekeeping service and toiletries were provided. Reception staff were friendly and great with children. They arranged transfer to the airport which was cost effective and hassle free compared to other options including arranging your own taxi.

The shower had poor drainage and there was a damp mouldy odour in the room. Mini fridge in the room was not working.
