The personnel is very polite, friendly, and patient to any question. The interior of the lobby and the room looks modern and cozy. Good choice and amount of food for breakfast. Wi-Fi was extremely important for us, and it worked just fine. The hotel is quite easy to reach by regular bus transfer from the new airport if you are travelling light. Also very close to historical sites.

This area of Istanbul is located on quite a steep slope with narrow streets, and under certain conditions (wet snow, baby stroller, etc) may be a little challenging to reach on foot. Be cautious with the breakfast, there is a lot of vinegar and mayonnaisse stuff which doesn't always look fresh. Sometimes the daily replenishments like water were not refilled in the room, but this was quick to resolve at reception.

The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful, the location is super.

We used transfers on both roads and the fare for each trip was 40 euros. During the transfer to the back road, in the middle of the road, the driver told us that we had to travel halfway by boat and for that we had to pay extra money. He was driving so we thought we were going to the airport alive.

Excelent location, comfortable beds, very clean room.

Very slow lift, very noisy rooms, would not recommend to a light sleeper. Not just the street noise, but there is always a sound of an electricity generator in the back of the hotel making monster noises. There are side rooms with no view at all. You open the window and you see a wall in front of you. Not for claustrophobic people. Breakfast was not great either.

Absolutely amazing hotel with the most helpful staff. The staff were so helpful, they helped us book excursions, advised us on the best places to visit in Istanbul, booked a taxi for us that was cheaper than we got anywhere else. Breakfast was delicious,with a variety of choice. Room was so lovely and clean, we had a room with balcony which we really liked. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and not once were we asked for a tip from a staff member. Perfect location with everything you need in walking distance. The staff here go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. There are absolutely no negatives at all. It's the first time I have stayed in a hotel where I cannot find any faults.

The hotel is located centrally.Just three minutes away from Tram 2 which takes you arround the city.Safe neighborhood, lively but still in a quiet road.Staff was helpful and polite.The room was clean ,comfortable and it had a big closet.The air-condition worked properly and it kept the room warm in cold days. Breakfast was ok.Not something fancy but it had a variety of things to start the day.(omelette, sausage,fruits, cereal,pies). If you wanted you could walk to agia Sophia in 10-15 minutes.Good value for money.

Poor soundproof.You could even hear someone sneezing from the next room.Luckily the road is quiet otherwise it would be difficult to sleep. Also the towels were rather tired.In our room the flash in the bathroom did not work properly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, arranged inexpensive taxi for us. The location of the hotel is superb! All the major attractions are either in walking or driving (by tram) proximity. Throughout the day guests are welcomed to drink free tea and water in the lobby/breakfast restaurant area, which was really great after the entire day of walking.

Although there was a buffet breakfast (which is not standard for Turkey) we found a lot of food too pickled/sour for our taste.

Very nice and clean hotel, located in the heart of Sultanahmet with a brilliant location near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It is also conveniently close to the tram line. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Zakiya. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. Overall, it's great value for the price and highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff was 10/10, I've never seen such a politely people at a hotel, they even helped us with luggage. The food was ok, the hotel looked great.

The room was clean but not the cleanest I've seen. I've seen a little cockroach in the bathroom the second day there.😅

The staff were very nice and friendly and the manager was friendly and very helpful. We will be at your hotel the next time we are in istanbul. Everything was excellent!! The room was with very good light, very clean (they cleaned the room daily), the staff was VERY, VERY nice (We arrived at 3AM before our check-in day and they offered us a room to sleep, and the next day they moved us to our room). They brought us water,tea in our room everyday and the breakfast was very good. Also, it is located next to the main attractions (5 minutes to walk by foot to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Grand Bazaar). All in all, we definitely recommend it!!!
