Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. We called them at 1am and asked them to pick us up from the airport (because our booking was very last minute), and they were there within 15mins with smiles! When we had a complication, they were super fair, reasonable and polite in trying to resolve it. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a complaint, just a note for future travellers: if you arrive in the early hours of the morning, you will be charged for 2 nights, not just 1. Contact the hotel prior to staying here just to confirm how much your stay will cost if you have an late night / early morning flight arrival.

Friendly staff, which picked me 1st time from airport to hotel and 2nd - from hotel back to airport. For staying overnight the location is incredible as it's very close to airport. As I checked out early, very simple breakfast was given to me. Good value for the price, especially with transfers!

Facilities are quite outdated, no lamp near bed. But again, it's very good budget option to stay close to airport.

Amazing staff, respectful, friendly, always willing to help and running an extra mile to assist you. The payment did not go through on booking.com but they spared with me for a day until I managed to pay for the room. They even left me stay in the room for free the last day until my return back. They picked me from the airport and took me back, put one of his own cars as a taxi for me when I wanted to go out. Food at the hotel was delicious. The environment beautiful. I felt welcome, safe and secure all the time in the area. The price was ridiculous for the service I received. Wonderful, unforgettable experience.

Some of the services need to be upgrade. The roads leading to the hotel need to be improved. The payment method to be update.

The guava outside the property tastes nice. The property is in a quiet location, free from distractions. The breakfast was great The staff was kind and welcoming

The TV wasn't showing. The food took too long to be served. This is because it is prepared only after an order is placed. It may not be a disadvantage for you for it was for me.

The staff and the owner are all very friendly and competent people. I felt comfortable with them and was able to have interesting conversations. The room was clean. The food was freshly prepared, the freshly squeezed juice was especially good. It’s good value for money. I recommend the hotel to others and if I am in Entebbe again, I will come back here.

This is a wonderful stay! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The meals (I had breakfast and dinner) were delicious and the room was large, clean and offered hot showers. The hotel is quiet and is in a lovely setting! I recommend this hotel completely!

I recommend this guest house maximum 10 minutes from the airport...it is clean, and they are professionnal, they reply very quickly when you send a message...my first guesthouse in entebbe was not good therefore i chose this one before my departure and i don t regret it...the staff, the woman and man at the réception are very polite, kind, helpfull...i had few problems and they helped me..thank you

Conveniently close to airport. Were able to do a late night check in. Grand old house and nice grounds.

Hard to find. We went via google maps but it took us to a closed off road and we had to go another route.

Hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist. It's a budget hotel but it felt like home. Make sure you have the fruits at breakfast.
