I booked excutive king room. The room was bigger than I expected. All the staffs are very kind and nice to greet us even house keeping cleaner. Also, the curtin in the room is so nice to cover all the light outside. Last thing, the lift is fantastic ! My floor is 24th and only takes few second to get there!

I understand the building is quiet old now. Even than a/c was too noisy at night. I couldn't sleep when it's on. Excutive pre-dinner time when you go to exactly 6pm, you can't get the table. We stayed 5 nights and only get the table 1 time.

Staff were very friendly on check in and got a yummie cookie as it was the holidays. Very helpful with everything and the lady delivering room service was so kind. The man at the concierge desk was the best, providing us with a bottle of water as it was a hot day and that kind of personal gestures are key and made our day just by one gesture. Thanks ! Will recommend and atay at a hilton in future.

One thing that was a very minor inconvenience, when walking around the city and having to take 2 different elevators to get to my room is a little thing of course and did not affect our lovely stay.

Must stay in. There was really great, but I wasn’t expecting the value of what I saw on booking.com for the prize and pay extra when I get there to sign in the value of the money was too much but at the end of the day I know it was expensive area, expensive hotel and it was luxurious But I love it was my first time I would love to go there again for the right amount of prize customer service was really good only one staff didn’t say good morning or how are you but that’s fine understand everybody had a bad morning but it was really good. I experienced it really great. I would love to do it again sometimes And the place was beautiful very luxurious and very beautiful

10. Exactly the money I saw on booking.com, not extra for what I did not expect.

The staff were absolutely 6 star. Upon arriving Simon our concierge helping us get our luggage to our room, to Jai who checked us in and gifted us a complimentary breakfast which was so kind given the reason for my visit it meant so much you have no idea how this elevated my spirits. Alice our room service girl was so friendly and helpful. This is a very classy, clean hotel where the staff are proud of their job and the whole experience was amazing!

The restaurants have always been good, and we stay there often for date night, but this time, we had afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks, dinner, and breakfast there, and the food was the best I have had anywhere. Your current chefs and wait staff are amazing! And where did you find those pillows? They're like sleeping in clouds! I have always loved Brisbane Hilton, a beautiful oasis in the city!

We love the beautiful ambiance of the bar area, then see the piano and think what a waste it is sitting there doing nothing. Having a daughter who is a jazz singer, I'm used to hearing gorgeous jazz voices with piano accompaniment in that environment. I remember when the Hilton was known for that too. Bring it back, please!

The location for the Hilton is excellent and makes it so easy to get around. The staff are always fantastic and go out of the way to make our stay very comfortable by attending to any of our needs i.e. early checkin and late checkout, dietary requirements both at breakfast and in the Executive lounge etc.

Certain areas are looking a little tired i.e. the lift doors inside were either dirty or needed a paint, some of the lift direction lights need replacing and the carpet in the reception area looks a little soiled.

Location - excellent location as needed to attend QCAT in Elizabeth Street the following day. Room - was clean and tidy. The desk was spacious as I worked and used the free wi-fi. Room service - dinner and dessert was nice.

Mix up with room service. I was staying in room 1312 and their records showed room 1702. Same for when I picked my car up from the valet parking. When I checked in, I requested a room with a king bed instead of a room with twin beds. this could perhaps not have beem updated properly from reception.

The location . The complimentary water . The buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and the staff were excellent . I liked that the tables were spaced out and not all squished together

The room was a bit dated . Tv would have been better mounted on the wall . The liquid soap in the shower ran out . I had to ask for caffeinated coffee sachets . I would have thought that the room attendants would have some sort of checklist to the customer don’t need to ask for more soap or coffee sachets ?

- Excellent location and exactly inside the centre of Brisbane CBD with 2 separate entrances - Spcious, clean and comfortable room with quiet aircon - Friendly staff - Buffet breakfast

- A very old 32-inch non-HD/non-smart TV (probably a model in 2000s). Absoultely unacceptable in a 5-star hotel. At least should have a Chromecast stick installed on such old TV. - No bedside plug sockets - Water leakage from shower door, door seal not working very well - Water pressure not high enough - Expected to have free snacks/drinks at minibar at this room rate

What I loved about the hotel was its location and above all the staff. What makes a memorable experience is the staff. Every individual from the concierge to the front of the house to the resturant were all very humble and cooperative. The breakfast was great. This hotel is a people’s hotel. Great customer service. A shout out to Ivan, Pravin, Ashley, Chris and Ali
