Excellent location, friendly staff, buffet breakfast was reasonably good choice each day. Our room and bathroom was large and overlooked the south facing garden area so reasonably quiet with windows open.

Room air conditioning not effective, we were lucky it wasn't so much of an issue as peak temp was 25 degrees C in April however would be very uncomfortable in the summer. 2 of the many windows opened so that's a positive. Shower in room was great but to get to it you had to climb into an enormous corner bath :) wouldn't suit those with reduced ability.

Lovely and varied breakfast, plenty of everything and something for every taste. All the staff were perfectly lovely with genuine smiles and strong English skills. Our room was very quiet and made for a pleasant overnight. Checkout was at noon, and the hotel stored our baggage while we did some sight seeing. Taxi to the airport was 16 euro, which is cheaper than taking the airport train when more than one person is involved.

I can find no fault with our stay or the facilities. Location was great, and the staff were lovely. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.

Buffet breakfast was GREAT. It had salty options which is really good. All the staff was really polite, kind and smily. The bed was good and the location was very convenient (close to main sightseeings). We could leave our luggage before the check in and after the checkout without extra cost. 100% recommended without a doubt I would stay here again.

The shower was a little bit tricky. Water went out of it. Decoration a little bit old (TV old). My minibar was not working properly (I could not open it). I expected it but we were not notify in advance about the city tax (not a big deal but it should be good to notify about it in the reservation proccess)

Great location, close to city centre & railway station. The room was very spacious & the bed was very comfortable; made up every day, clean towels & toiletries if required. Breakfast was included & there was a good selection of food. We had a room overlooking the main road but the soundproofing was excellent so we weren’t disturbed by traffic noise. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a kettle in the room but we were a bit disappointed by paper cups, not china, and a rather meagre selection of teas & coffees. The bathroom was very nice, including a bath tub, but the bidet was right behind the bathroom door so you couldn’t actually open it properly!

Very close to city center, comfortable bed, large bathroom and clean all around. Looks like it's fairly well maintained. I would book again for under 90 euros.

Hotel is a little old and could use a new paint job especially the hallways. Room carpet should be renewed as it's discoloured and old. Windows also need an overhaul, they're very basic letting cold air and noise in. Weird electrical buzzing could be heard at random coming from the TV area. No china cups in the room, but plastic-coated take-away cups...kinda disturbing in a plastic filled world! No breakfast for the rate paid, but it should be included for anything over 80 euros...

The location was great, situated between the station and the centre. Breakfast was good, and the staff worked hard to keep everything replenished.

We arrived 10 mins before check in officially opened and were told to wait in the courtyard outside. Not the result you want when youve been travelling all morning.Then there was a surge to queue, and we then had a long wait. Perhaps a bit more flexibility around check in, or if you have to stick rigidly to check in times perhaps offer those waiting some refreshments. The shower set up was tricky, having to manoeuvre around the sink, Perhaps consider moving the shower screen to the other end of the bath so people have more room at the bottom of the bath to get in.

I stayed in the deluxe double room for the second night while staying in this hotel. It is ver spacious and have two big windows overseeing the street. The lady staff at the reception counter is very good at English and helpful in arranging a smooth transfer of room because I have stayed in a different room type in the previous night.

The price for this double room is really expensive (even much more expensive than the deluxe double balcony room I had stayed in Florence) Though the hotel is in the Main Street and convenient and spacious, I think the price could be a little less expensive, especially when I came back to the room to take a shower late at night but found that the water flow of the shower is so slow and the water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold. It did not tally with the price I have paid for the room.

Bologna is a great place to visit and the Hotel Internazionale was perfect. Very good air con ( it was 38 C outside) beds were comfy, shower great, very clean. Staff recommended and booked restaurants for us. Parking was underground and car was parked by valet parking. Just as well as cars were squashed together and very tight. All in all a great place to stay. Breakfast was good but (see below)

Although breakfast was very good the machine coffee was undrinkable. I found out on the second day the staff would make you a normal coffee if asked ( at no extra charge).

very good location. The hotel is from walking distance from the train station and all the major "must-visit" attractions, monuments and restaurants. Hotel overall appearance, once inside, is perfect. Room is great, well furnished, clean and recently refurbished. Breakfast team leader is great and has met all our demands.

The AC cooling system was performing ok, but not as cold as north American AC for example, and it smelled smoky at times. While the breakfast team leader behavior was perfect, some subordinates in the breakfast team are not so involved in the hotel's success.
