Superb location. Brilliant breakfast. Staff is very pleasant. Lovely vibe near to everything. Easy access to public beach, nearby shops, food outlets, marina, and entertainment spots. Rooms are spacious, and all sea facing. Loved the new Padel court and the Offside sports bar. Look out for superb dining specials at the hotel...

JBR is a noisy and busy area. Be prepared for this. Even at the hotel, music is loud and lively. I may have preferred something more gentle at breakfast or around the pool in the morning. If you're looking for quiet and peaceful, this is not the place. But otherwise a super vibe.

Location on JBR The WALK. 24 Hrs McDonalds Next door. Easily Accessible by car. Taxis available at the Entrance. Tram Station Nearby The BEACH a minute walk away. Room Size was Good. All Rooms come with a Balcony. Dubai EYE view from the rooms is best. Breakfast was heartful. Toiletries were imminent.

The carpet hasn't been changed in the last 10 years and it shows. Pillows weren't comfortable.

The staff was so friendly and could not help enough. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Views were brilliant. Having a late flight was not a problem we were allowed to use the pool a.d facilities and was given towels so we could shower. Being old school and not trusting technology 100% the reception even printed our boarding passes off for us. Nothing to complain about at all. Really happy with our stay, thank you. Will be booking again.

N/a. The only things to mention is if your coming with small children pick what time.of year as the heat is something we have never experienced even the sea was like a hot bath. The roads are very busy so just have your wits about you. We heard stories about how strict they were but they are so relaxed just like going to any other holiday destination.

The rooms were good although light reflection on the TV was an issue. Staff, facilities and food were also good. The best part was the 25% credit offer through Booking.com though. Would certainly stay here again if this offer was available.

Breakfast selection could have been better and the key card kept needing to be reset which was a pain. That said overall stay was very good.

The location is nothing short of amazing - 2 minutes walk from the beach and the jbr (with its restaurants and night life) , 10-15 minutes car ride from the palm, easy access by car/taxi to the highway and wherever you wanna go. Great breakfast. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. Great gym, nice spa, awesome pool (they also provide umbrella if you go to the beach) The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants and even a nice dance bar, but the noise isn't bothering the rooms so don't worry

On checkin the guy in the front desk could have been nicer and should explain the things we need to know about the hotel (breakfast, pool, beach, gym, etc.) instead of us having to ask everything

As soon as you pull up to the hotel the whole atmosphere is beautiful, entrance with amazing flowers with a warm welcome gesture to up grade my room to a sea view as I was celebrating my birthday just made me feel so special with no extra charge and to top it off a birthday cake what else could you ask for. Breakfast was amazing so much variety cater for everyones needs. staff very helpful. rooms were kept clean and each time approaching the reception very helpful. Never hesitated in getting my query dealt with. Plus to have dates and tea in the lobby just so lovely of the hotel. The lobby is really relaxing and beautifully decorated Definitely 7 star for me. Breakfast needs improvement

the customer service was 10/10 honestly nothing was ever too much. we had a couple of problems with our room (toilet door was broken) so we was upgraded for free. The lifeguard, Daminda, was super friendly and caring. The breakfast buffet was to die for! so many choices. and the overall luxurious feel was amazing.

only thing i would say is that due to the location, it can be quite noisy at early hours in the morning. (people leaving bars and clubs at 3/4am) But on the flip side, the location is fantastic for things to do. beach is super close, spoilt for choice for food and general activities.

Stayed in the main suite - serene! Wonderful breakfast buffet style - spoilt for choice! Located at the heart of JBR, beach literally 2 minutes away. Private pool, loungers, gym, salon, barber shop, restaurants and all those beach essentials (beach towels and beach bag provided for you) - all the above located/offered within the Hotel. Tonnes of places to eat on the JBR walk, Hotel location means you can walk there and no need for taxis if you're simply looking for sun, sand and sea. Taxis streaming by constantly if you want to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa - approx 25 mins away depends alot on how busy traffic is, Marina approx 10 mins away! P.S. I never write reviews but there's no end to praise for this place, will recommend to single travellers and families alike!

Received a free upgrade, service second to none - only thing that could have been better was if I'd extended my stay!! This place far exceeded my expectations! No negatives.
