We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was immaculate. Hands down the best room we’ve ever stayed in. It had a kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator, ICE MAKER, and a sweet Samsung microwave. There was plenty of cabinet storage and three bar stools at the bar. There was a giant sectional in the living area with a pull out bed and huge TV. The office area had a desk and seating area with another huge TV. There was a nice dining area with seating for 8 people. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with another huge TV and fancy lamps that had personal reading lights attached. The location was perfect for us to jump back onto the interstate in the morning. We were too tired to venture out so we ordered from on site Presidential Pizza and it was delicious. They even gave us a bunch of ranch for our kids when we asked. Highly recommend.

We were upgraded to a nicer suite because a glitch in their system created an issue where another family had checked into the room that we had reserved. They completely made up for the confusion though. The pool had some odd unsavory characters hanging about so we didn’t swim.

Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the computers went down but the front desk worker did her best to get it going quickly. The only hard part of our stay was the vending machines didn’t work, they ate our money and I forgot to ask the front desk to get my money back. That was my fault, I was busy the next morning. Overall the hotel, staff and accommodations were wonderful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Arrived late so wasn't able to take advantage of amenities. Loved the later checkout time. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking lot being fixed/repaired. A little difficult to navigate. Had to circle back around the block to go down to the parking garage.

Very good location, and nice pool, perfect for a hot day. Perfect spot to watch the firework for 4th of July.

We called ahead and they said there was a 20 dollar pet fee, and then when we got there it was 50. It was 4th of July weekend, and it was clear that somebody vomited in our hallway, and the smell was pretty unbearable even after their attempt to clean it up. Otherwise everything was comfortable and clean as expected.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Easy access to downtown restaurants and attractions. Short drive to airport. Shuttle from motel to airport is available. Breakfast was good and well maintained.

Computer system was down when I arrived so had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes to check in. Bathtub drained slowly so I was standing in water while showering. Towel rack had a loose screw and fell down when hanging towel.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the power was out due to an accident. Sherell was working the registration desk. She was so pleasant. After the power was restored the phones were ringing of the hook and customers were in line waiting for rooms. Sherell handled it all with ease. She was calm, patient, and courteous. The next morning when we checked out she was there with a smile! I would recommend Comfort Inn and Presidential to anyone traveling through Little Rock!

I loved everytime I entered the hotel I was greeted. My stay was for 6 nights and I was treated so kindly the entire time. I was checking out Little Rock for a new possible place to move to and the people at the hotel made it very easy to decide to move. They went out of their way to see to my needs. thank you for a great visit.

Rooms clean and well stocked with towels, etc. TV worked, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Service could have been better. Check-in person was not friendly, took a while for her to find my reservation even though I had confirmation on my phone. Asked about shuttle service, transportation. She stated none available and they did not have that service. However, after we booked a Uber, a Comfort Inn van pulled up and was talking people to the Simmons Arena. So, I paid for an Uber when I could have rode van for free. No one at desk at check-out. Had a little basket to put keys in. Did not received a copy of statement.

The manager and her front desk staff were very welcoming with friendly smiles and helpful information about the area and the city’s activities. The property was clean and comfortable. I felt safe!

There was some construction which limited parking. However, that was a minimal distraction to our stay.

The location is good because it sits off a main highway in the heart of the city. Easy access for traveling. The rooms were comfortable, especially the beds. The usual, Kerig coffee maker, fridge and microwave were accessible. The room was quiet. The front desk and security were very attentive to any complaint.

No fault of the Inn, construction on the road, directly outside. However I didn't hear it in the room.
