The hotel was beautiful and very clean, the food was delicious the front desk employees were great especially Rudy who helped us check in even though his computer was down, he answered all our questions and gave great customer service every time he seen us he definitely made our stay better.

We had an employee that worked in the pool area who was very rude at times not to just our group but to other people there , we said something to front desk and they even knew who we were talking about before we even said his name or described him

Everything at Havana Cabana is wonderful. The pool was amazing and we spent entire days at the Cabana because it was so nice there. The kids had the time of their life. The bartenders were super cool and very nice. The food at the food truck was exceptional and we ate most of our meals there. The music added to the whole aura of the place and we really felt the Cuban spirit. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We can't wait to go back!

The bar staff by the pool are some cool people. Got to know them and where they came from during our week there. Food was excellent, drinks in the pool were amazing, 10/10 will be back soon!

THERE ARE NO ROACHES IN THIS FACILTY, ITS VERY VERY CLEAN! However, because it's Florida, one night a roach did fly into our room when we weren't looking and found it later on in the bathroom. It was our fault because when we went outside to vape we would leave the door open. OUR FAULT.

The Havana Cabana crew went above & beyond. I would like to thank the staff at Havana Cabana for stepping in & ensuring my safety throughout my 7 day stay. I had a situation in which I was being harassed by someone I knew: Melissa at the front desk took note, Junior at the bar set boundaries with the gentleman, Kevin the manager confirmed that the gentleman had been asked to leave, Becky came to the bar later to reassure me that I was safe while on the property, all while Nick and Nateayla were keeping a watchful eye as the situation unfolded. Val & Chris made the shuttle to front street extra enjoyable. The housekeeping staff & those maintaining the property were attentive throughout my stay, as well. And to complete my visit I enjoyed a long engaging conversation with Mary at the front desk just before my 5am departure. Thanks for the great experience Havana Cabana. I will be back!

Everything was great!

I loved the pool area and the shuttle to the downtown area. The decor of the hotel was so beautiful. Every little detail of a Cuban themed hotel was done so well. We loved the complimentary sunglasses left on our beds when we checked in. Thank you!!

There was a fire alarm that went off as soon as we got there and no one seemed to be concerned about it. The day we checked out, the hotel lost power and we had a hard time checking out.

Fantastic pool and outdoor space, very relaxing vibe and friendly bartenders/ pool attendants. Every area of the resort has eclectic artwork, very tastefully done. Drinks were very good and the shuttle service to downtown is a big bonus. There are pool toys and games which was a nice touch. The property is away from the busy downtown area which was great for those days we wanted to relax away from it all. There is a grocery store conveniently within walking distance. The kids had fun observing the iguanas living around the pool area.

Our room had two queen beds but was very small for 4 people. Storage space was limited too. The bath area is very outdated but on the plus side, there were refillable shower amenities. There is a daily resort fee of $54 above and beyond the room rate which includes some additional perks like shuttle service, wi-fi and refreshments. I thought that was a bit steep as most hotels have free wi-fi these days and we were rarely there for the refreshments during the day. The food at the food truck wasn’t as good as we were hoping so we ate out mostly but it is open late and convenient if you do not want to leave.

Small friendly hotel and staff were all excellent. Special shout out to Chris the manager. The shuttle bus into town was great. The tiki grill and floridita airstream were very cool and the free churros were very tasty!

The pool was being refurbished and we were not aware until the day before we arrived, so too late to cancel. Alternative was a 15min shuttle to other KW hotel, which was not so attractive. However, our biggest issue was the 4 lane road running right past the front of the hotel - constant traffic noise 24/7.

The service at the front desk was nice; and the pool, hot tub, food truck, and poolside bar were AMAZING! Free parking. We loved our room... The decor was adorable. Absolutely hope to stay again in the future! :)

I did NOT like seeing a cockroach run behind the cabinet in our room (we were never able to find it). And we were on the second floor! :( But maybe that's more normal down there. Also, not a big fan of window a/c units... noisy and blows cold air directly on you. But it was better than some others where we stayed, and we would definitely stay again.

The pool was warm and enjoyable for swimming from morning to evening. The popsicles and churros were an added treat while swimming. Our pool view room was easy access to the pool. The scooters were nice to rent to be able to get around town easily. Always had parking available for our Vehicle and the scooters we rented. We were able to book boat rides and other adventures from the hotel and were given coupons for stores/restaurants in Key West.

I was disappointed in the Food Truck, I was expecting something different. Little choice for food options and expensive. Not a good menu for children. The hamburger was good. The service was excellent, they bring the food poolside.

The pool is magical - its wondrously warm, relaxing, beautifully landscaped and fully serviced (comes with a pool concierge - and includes pool noodles, floats, balls, towels, sunscreen, ice water and smoothies at lunch)! There are even lizards/iguanas that will sunbathe with you (watch out though - they will swim in the pool with you, as well). The food truck that appears to be permanently parked there is amazing. The food is delicious (I highly recommend the chicken quesadillas). The french fries are perfect. :) The staff is friendly and very detail-oriented. They were always asking if they could help us with anything. The rooms are clean and even come with liquid handsoap, shampoo and conditioner. The location is near several food restaurants and grocery stores within a very short walking distance. This is hands-down the best hotel in Key West!
