The room layout was unique and worked out very well for our family dynamic.

Being on the second floor, you almost always have someone above you that seem to walk on their heels early in the morning. This is not a hotel issue, but a courtesy issue. Had a similar issue with how loud people are in the hallways after midnight.

Location was good, easy to get to. Good access to the event we were in town for. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beds were not very comfortable. Was expecting more choices for breakfast - not a Starbucks with limited options. The gentleman working there could not have been more pleasant and attentive, but there were very few choices on the menu. Getting dinner out when we arrived was difficult - not many options/choices nearby. We ended up at a tiny pizza place in town when we couldn't get into any restaurants. The pizza was excellent, but not the atmosphere we were looking for.

I was travelling for work, the room was small but very comfortable. It was nice and quiet, I slept like a baby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing about the stay was the elevator was out and I was on the top floor. I struggled with my luggage up the stairs.

The hotel was very clean, and the furnishings were up-to-date. There were plenty of electrical outlets located conveniently throughout the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator. There was plenty of free parking.

The breakfast seemed expensive, and there are no other food options located within a convenient walking distance. We stayed five nights and housekeeping never came to the room, even to empty the trash or change the towels.

The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic, very nice and knowledgeable. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. We were in a handicapped accessible room, which we didn't request but were pleasantly surprised as it had a nice spacious bathroom. The room was very clean, comfortable, up to date. Coffee in room, as well as mini-fridge, and smart TV.

Room was a little nosy. Could hear people walking in room above us. We were across from a banquet or meeting room that had an event one evening we were there. Room was also right off the elevator so just about every guest passed in front of our door, including a large group of loud high schoolers. None of this is really the fault of the hotel and would not prevent me from booking with them - however now that I know... I would request a room at the end of a hall. Also, instead of just having your credit card on file for potential charges or damages, they actually charge your card $100, to be refunded if everything is okay on checkout, but it could take a week to refund according to the sign at their front desk.

I GREW UP IN THE AREA AND WAS HOME FOR A FUNERAL....I PUT MY ADULT KIDS UP HERE NOT EXPECTING MUCH CONSIDERING HOW THE REST OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD LOOKS, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED....YOU FOLKS ARE KILLING IT AT THIS LOCATION, THANK YOU.

NO TOOTH BRUSHES OR TOOTHPASTE AVAILABLE BEHIND THE DESK OR IN THE LIL MARKET........(WE ONLY COME HOME SEEMINGLY FOR FUNERALS NOW AND LAST MINUTE TRAVEL, YOUR ALWAYS BOUND TO FORGET SIMPLE NECESITIES)...EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SUPERB.

Excellent stay. Only negative was that there was a motor sound coming through the wall. I called the front desk and they said it was probably the air conditioner. They did offer to shut it, but knowing they have been working and it was extremely warm we told him not to worry about it. The staff was very accommodating and professional. .

convenient highway access… clean grounds upon entry and unique exterior that complimented the overall environment…. immediately felt like we were at home away from home.. friendly staff and smooth check in process..clean everywhere… bed fabulously comfortable and good noise control… loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps in the bathroom… safe parking lot so we could leave our car and Lyft to our evening activities, tho we did not bring one… hotel is pet friendly not just in name but in hospitality. my wife definitely wants to return even if we don’t have any specific plans.

The staff were very friendly, particularly the dark haired younger girl at the front desk during the evening shift. I helped manage a high end boutique hotel on the ocean and she has the perfect hospitality personality, I only wished I could remember her name. Check in was simple and sweet and the staff had no issue accommodating an extra night that was not originally planned. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. Thank you for making this trip a pleasant one.

The ability to only use the front entrance to enter the hotel, the key card system failed on the side doors which were closer to my parked vehicle and room.

It is affordable and convenient to UMass Lowell, downtown Lowell, and local highways. Attractive lounge and room! Ample parking.

The pool was not available. The Starbucks egg bites did not taste good. There aren't any decent restaurants, pharmacies, or shopping within walking distance. Did not like being near the dispensary.
