My best friend, since grade school, and I decided to splurge and your hotel! The area fit perfect, she is in Maine, I am in Vermont and our children and grandchildren live in Massachusetts, so Burlington was a great fit. Your hotel is beautiful and all of your staff were not only professional in going out of their way to accommodate so many of us and our needs, they did it so genuinely happily also!. We really can't wait to be able to splurge like that again. We made some priceless memories!

I can't think of anything we did not like. Everything was great.

Booking.com messed up the booking, the hotel didn't know we were coming and were fully booked for the day. The manager spent over an hour trying to resolve the situation with Booking.com and finding us alternative accommodation. Fortunately, a last minute cancellation opened up a room for us. Nevertheless, we were happy to see the hotel going above and beyond to make sure we'd have a place to stay.

This is a great location for activities in the suburban Boston area. It's right of the freeway, so most things are not so far away. The immediate location features many restaurants and a high-end grocery store. The hotel is very charming and modern. Very comfortable beds.

My primary complaint about my room it that it had a very odd smell. To be fair, I didn't ask to change the room because it was very late at night when I arrived. The price is up to twice what other hotels in the area cost. Then again, I picked it because I knew it would be really nice, and it did live up to expectations.

The staff is so accommodating and warm hearted. I appreciate the attentiveness everyone brings to this luxury hotel. Upon entering, you have a water station for the dogs, open market in the lobby for snacks, modern furniture that was handpicked, detailed wall paintings, beautiful fireplace, bar, boutique style seating at the restaurant, lobby area near the restrooms, and the bathrooms are gorgeous!!!! My room was spacious, I felt home away from home, safe, local to amazing restaurants but didn’t visit because happy hour and food was in the hotel! I ordered the stuffed jalapeños, chicken biscuits, a martini, and cauliflower and every dish was good. I felt like the queen that I am, getting served alone , enjoying every moment. my money was well spent, I will be back- so wish I could have my wedding there! Please come to Dallas, TX- we need this level of service and luxury 🥰.

The front desk staff one above and beyond to help us with the office supplies when we needed some support for a presentation. Even though we found out later, there was a Staples right across the street, they still allowed us to borrow office supplies from their stash. Very helpful!

There were a few things about the grounds and location that we were not prepared for it, such as our balcony overlooking an empty parking lot.

This place is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed! Very clean and new interiors and staffs are extraordinary! Michelle helped me to check out and was very kind and professional! Thanks to Cassandra, I could take a good rest in my room, which was Den's balcony room and was cozy and perfect for my family! And Gaurav was very kind and helped me to print out documents which were essencial for international travel such as covid test results! I would recommend archer hotel in burlington where I found it is in the center of Wegmans, burlington mall, Cafe Nero and affordable nice restaurants!

Everything, this is exactly what I hoped for in a stay, drive in and out of the city was nothing compared to comforts here

Small pool, and no Hottub. The hotel room had a lot of bright little electronic lights that were disturbing. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and we had to evacuate, but other than that it was great

The Hotel is in a great location. Lost to do within walking distance and lots of places to eat. The Staff were above and beyond amazing. So friendly and attentive. Can not say enough about how great they were.

The only thing I would give as a con for this hotel is they do not offer a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast in the hotel resturant is a bit over priced.

Upscale hotel with confortable rooms. Convenient parking.

Overly expensive. The waterpressure in the shower was insufficient at the top floor. A microwave would have been nice. The air condition was noisier than expected at a very expensive hotel.

There was a breakfast eatery within walking distance from the Archer and many other restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. The Burlington Mall was close by where we enjoyed shopping!!
