Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located (great option if you're going to a show at The Fillmore and need to stay overnight) with plenty of places to eat nearby. We had maybe 1/4 roll of toilet paper so we called the front desk pretty late (around midnight) and they sent someone up to bring more, which was nice.

Air conditioner in our room was very loud, the elevators were incredibly slow, and the hallways of the hotel were warm (didn't seem like there was air conditioning in the common areas). Apparently, parking at the municipal lot next door is free on the weekends but they don't tell you that because they want you to pay $20 per night to park in their garage.

The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the mall and restaurants. The hotel restaurant's breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. The two ladies working in the dining room were the best.

We put out an item request of tissues and 3 towels. It was hung on the door at 11:00 AM. When we got back at 7, it never came. We were there three nights that came in and made our beds or take any trash.

I loved the comfortable bed. The most comfortable pillows, LOVED the pillows! The shower was great! Clean and strong pressure.Loved the quality of the water, made my hair very silky after I washed it. Good water and hair products.

Didn't have any service. That created a lack of coffee and tea. And accumulation of trash.

The location was perfect. Close to DC with good amenities and reasonable prices. Will definitely stay here again.

With only three elevators in the building, and a number of events that weekend, sometimes it was quicker to take the stairs from the 14th floor than wait for the elevators.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we would warmly recommend the hotel to anyone not too fussy, and we're sure that were a few Dollars invested in refurbishing, it would be as outstanding as its staff.

The building itself could have been maintained better, and the shower appliances urgently need renewing.

Great location a short walk away from Silver Spring Metro Station (Red Line). Many restaurants/shops located all around the hotel within walking distance. Ate dinner & breakfast at hotel, food was tasty. Hotel provides 24 convince store in lobby for late night snacks. Room was very spacious. Bed was huge and super comfy. Staff were lovely & super helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Carpet in room was severely stained. AC unit in room had slight leak, making the floor around the unit damp. Furniture in room was scratched/banged up--overall looked a bit rough. Not what you would expect with such a nice hotel/facility. Please Note: there is a LARGE construction project (presumably building another hotel) right next to this hotel & you will hear constructions in the mornings & afternoons (05/2022). If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the other side from the construction. Also, those with mobility issues, there are no ice/vending machines on the 5th floor (gym instead). Ask for another floor if you don't want to walk to get ice/drinks. No microwaves in room.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Before I checked in I was allowed to store my luggage while attending an event. I was even offered a room to freshen up in. Later that night I discovered that the mattress in my room was horribly sunken and Amadau was accommodating and immediately found me a room on the same floor. The bed was MUCH better. Blanca, at the bar, was really nice as well. Great staff overall!

The rooms are a little dated. The air conditioner kept up rattling noises when it came on, but nothing a little ingenuity (towel) couldn't fix; however, the ac in another unit made the picture on the wall rattle so I fixed that too (with a towel). The units are probably due for an upgrade.

Room was reasonably comfortable and generally quiet with good connections for USB and electrical devices. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom plumbing was ok. Desk Staff was very nice, as were the restaurant staff

Breakfast - everything was cooked in bacon grease and there was no accomodations for Jewish travelers who don't eat leavened bread on Passover. Parking garage was ok, but I had trouble finding a spot one night. I'm not sure how much surveillance there is in the garage. No housekeeping during my stay. The desk was a rollout affair because the beds took up much of the room, but it was adequate.

that it’s so close to another double tree right down the street. I was positive I was at the right one got out gave my car to valet just to be told I was at the wrong one and yes I should have checked the address again but I’m not familiar with the area I wasn’t thinking there would be two in such close proximity. but still a lovely hotel!

The staff was most accommodating and Ethiopia was the Cherry on top. She is very engaging and welcoming.

No one's fault. But I was placed in an adjoining room that had a baby that screamed like clock work at 2ish am all 4 night. It seemed as though she was in our room and she cried for hours nonstop.....and I mean a loud piercing cry.
