upon check in the gentleman was kind and professional. my room was very big, super clean with a fridge, microwave, hot water for a nice shower and an amazingly comfortable bed with clean bed sheet. Pillow smelled funny but pillow cover was clean. Great options for breakfast. Nice pool to take a dip in. Excellent location, right across the street from shopping mall with a Target store so you can pick up groceries. Also many dinnng options around including a Mexican Cafe right beside, a Cicke K, Starbucks and Burger King right beside as well! Will stay here again for sure

Airplanes flying above quite frequently. staff could not accommodate my request for a top floor room. upon check in there was a man passing motorized leaf blower for one hour. I had surgery and checked in just to sleep yet the noise kept me up and gave me a headache. Staff could not help me.

I really liked the staff. They were very accommodating and patient. The hotel suite is very clean and calm.

The only thing I didn't like was the internet speed. I really struggled to use my laptop for some of the basic things I needed to do on websites and Gmail. Loading was just a hassle. But when it works it's fair to use.

The well-lit parking lot, friendly staff and community feel of guests staying there, like an old time highway motel experience. So raro. Loved that I could do my laundry there, too. Close to los of restaurantes and stores, gas stations.

Very clean property!!! Rooms felt new, nice fixtures comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice tv and unlike other other places I have stayed everything was functioning fine (coffee maker, refrigerator, etc). Found a new place to stay from now on for my weekend jaunts to EL Paso. Breakfast , even though it was brown bag due to COVID was great, everything for a full meal. Cant wait until this is over and we can use the beautiful breakfast area.

Only thing that there was no control over by management or me was the weather. Due to very heavy rain and flooding we decided to stay for the night. We got a little water in our room due to the heavy flooding in area. but it was in foyer area before bathroom so no real big deal.

Susan our check in reception was so helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The suite was huge with 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable bed.

It was close to an airport so it was noisy early in the morning.

Check-in-Check-out = easy breezy. Susan is awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Room = Everything was great. Very clean and tidy. I had the one king bed non-smoking room. Mattress is very comfy including the sheets and the pillow. Air-conditioner was loud but it did not bother me as I was too tired from my road trip from Texas. Slept like a baby. Was ready for the long journey back to Los Angeles. Coffee maker, ironing board, hair drier, refrigerator, coffee, tea all great!! Bathroom = Comes with shower cap. :) I always travel with mine but very thoughtful for the hotel to provide it. Location = A Starbucks across the hotel. Hit that before hitting the road. Airport is close (noticed it on the map) Breakfast = I am GF so the breakfast was not for me. Parking = Parked my car outside my room. Very convenient for the luggage.

Lighting = There is no light in the dressing/bathroom area for a king bed room. One has to use the light from the bathroom with the door open. Bathroom = no exhaust!

Everything was good. Breakfast good, except no bacon strips out. Excellent customer service!

Everything was good. Except for the door that kept getting stuck everytime i would enter my cards i had to battle with the door to open.

The staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Also the beds smelled very clean and we appreciated that.

I didn't like the wooden floors. We were in El Paso for medical treatment, so I was recuperating. We were on the first floor so the unbelievable noise coming from the room above us was terrible. Even if I hadn't been recovering from a surgery, I would have been very annoyed. It may be a good idea to replace wooden floor with carpeting on your 2nd floor rooms. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

bathroom has no extraction sistem. When the upper level rooma had activity, I can hear the people´s steps. Room was a little bit stinky (smoke)
