We have always love this hotel, but have noticed recently the constant upgrades I notice they keep making. I immediately noticed the wonderful scent in the hotel, the beds felt new, fresh and super comfortable, the pool was heated even the outdoor one, that was a huge bonus! We love this hotel.

I loved everything.

Nice building - Not as fancy as the high rises at the Riverwalk but very nice nonetheless. We were looking for something closer to Six Flags - about a 10 min drive. Downtown is about a 10-15 min drive from here. Plenty of restaurants close by. Free water bottles at the front desk.

Shower curtain was brown and was displeasing to shower with. Indoor Pool is heated and they have a Sauna. Elevators are a bit slow and outdated. My keycards stopped working on the last night of my stay and I had to get replacements, small inconvenience. No microwave in the room, couldn’t heat up my leftovers. Hot tub steam made eyes burn.

The property was very nice and room size was good. It was very close to many restaurants and attractions. Very polite staff who were very responsive to any requests.

Short on towels supplied. We had 4 people in our room and had 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. They don’t service rooms except for every 3 nights of stay, so in-room coffee supply lasted 1 day. Called for extras and and staff was very prompt at bringing extras. Asked for 3 coffee packets and cups. They brought that but not more creamer or sugar, had to ask for that separately. Staff was again very responsive and helpful.

Close to I10. Looked like a luxury hotel when driving up and walking into lobby. The beds were comfortable. Everything looked clean in our room. I liked that there was a sink outside of the toilet area. Helps for when there's multiple people trying to get ready/dressed. There's free bottled water if you ask at the front desk.

Being awaken early one morning by housekeeping because there was a mixup on our checkout. I also didn't like that because of the mixup our keys didn't work so we had to go all the way back to the lobby for them to rekey it. I also didn't like that their restaurant is only open on the weekends. They also don't come to clean your room except for stays longer than 3 nights but you could call down for more supplies and they bring it up to your room.

From check in to check out staff was amazing they catered to our every need and helped us as much as they could! the whole purpose of our trip was to go to fiesta Texas and we were only 10 minutes away from the park.

The breakfast was great but would definitely recommend going early in the morning when it first opens we went later and it was a bit cold and the bread and bacon was hard. I would also recommend to take the exit before the one the GPS says to take on your way in because the parking lot is closed off when you exit that far out!

What can I say my stay was unbelievable the staff was amazing and so polite and welcoming with such a family environment our kids had a blast especially the outdoor movie set up (projector) the outdoor/indoor bar was sincerely on point! Bedrooms/Restrooms met our expectations of “Cleanliness” ,the location was great and comforting where I didn’t need to check my vehicle every so often. Will be returning soon!

Loved everything “Highly Recommend this Hotel”

It’s a great location and I felt safe in the area being that it was just me and my 6 year old traveling. The staff at the front was very friendly. We had a little bit of time to play in the indoor pool, which was nice for my son to burn some energy after a 4 hour car ride. The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was “outdated” as others have mentioned but not enough to deter me from anything. It was still very clean. The shower only half worked so that made the pressure a little soft. The bed itself was comfy but the pillows were very soft and I had to use 3 to get enough support for my head. Maybe because they are down?

The pillows were too soft. The people next to us had a dog, which I normally don’t mind. But maybe because we were in adjoining rooms, it barked every time we came in and out of the room or my son walked around the room.

The rooms are a nice size, the check-in was easy, most of the amenities were open.

The shower head was extremely weak, most of the water went out of the main sprout. It should be fixed. When they serviced the room, they left no hand towels, one face towel, no coffee cups, one creamer. Your large towels are stiff and scratchy. You can use some form or softener. I saw a pressure washer in the outdoor pool area, but the chairs are nasty or, require new coverings. Lastly, there should be some type of shield between the outdoor pool and the jacuzzi. The cold water from the pool slides down your back on that side, and that pool water is very cold. The inside jacuzzi water was not hot. There should be instructions on how to turn that unit on. I normally don't complain if it is one or two small issues, but it just seems different now compared to our last visits. Details matter.

I enjoyed the front staff and the man who manned the front door. He was always polite and helpful with getting your bags to and from your room. He wanted you to completely relax while on your trip. I liked that all the amenities were in one place excluding the indoor bar. Being able to get into the sauna after working out or swimming was nice. Loved that there were both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub! You usually only get either or. Free parking is always a plus at a hotel along with it being pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was a good price, $15, very convenient for your first morning there to plan the rest of your trip. Everything was very clean including the sauna, bathrooms, pools, pool areas and gym. Towels also are available poolside. Restaurant and bar hours are great. You don't have to rush to get a drink or dinner if you have been out all day.

I wish the outdoor pool was heated. I forgot to ask the staff it if was. The indoor pool is heated, and the only other issue was the door to the outdoor deck being propped open whenever the pool is open. It was a little cool this weekend so cold air was coming in right next to the indoor hot tub. Very minor inconveniences.

It was a very nice and quiet hotel the only one thing we didn't like it and we don't know that they don't clean up the room the next day or replace the towels, but we asked for clean towels and it was taken to the room, very nice and friendly customer service 😀
