The young lady that check us in was awesome great vibes💯She had excellent customer service just beautiful all the way around 🙌🏽🙌🏽🥰🥰🥰 our room was great an absolutely amazing 🙏🏽 rest well knowing we was in good hands 🙌🏽

The breakfast could’ve been a little better! but there’s a lovely Denny’s right down the street so it was cool and as far as the young lady that checked us in and out made everything that wasn’t right right just being the person she is but honey 😱😱coming into the property it look like something out of a horror show. lol We were really going to turn around, but then we seen this lovely building as we kept moving down the parking lot🤭🤭

Breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly and I was allowed to park my vehicle early as I couldn’t find parking at the Tacoma Dome. I appreciated that I will probably stay there again.

Every time someone walked in or out the 400 building, I could hear the front door slam shut.

Breakfast and staff was responsive and friendly.

The location. There’s construction in the same area of the hotel. Looks scary and unsafe at night. Torn down and reconstructed buildings are fenced off.

The staff from front desk, security, maids, and cleaning maintenance people were ALL outstanding! They truly cared that our stay was a positive experience. They were so friendly that they would remember us from the previous day when we would come down to the lobby. The continental breakfast was comparable to others as it had a waffle iron etc. The facility was quiet in the evening and especially during Covid time we did see a lot more cleaning than normal which we appreciated. The front property that we had to drive by to get to where we were staying made us a little nervous however we knew that the security at our sight was thorough aware and there were many security cameras available if they needed them. Which had such a great time with the staff it was sad to depart but we would definitely stay again if we needed to stay in the Tacoma area. The local was very convenient for groceries, gas, or restaurant options and right of of I-5 which was handy for someone that isn't familiar with the area.

Our room was big and comfortable. Nice lobby and breakfast area.

I went to do the laundry in the different building of the hotel and it was discusting, dirty, stacks of garbage everywhere. Can not comprehend differents from building to building.

The bed was very comfy. there was ample room in the room. We were unable to have the breakfast as the key to the facility was no where to be found. The manager was very swift about making it right for us.

The location is a little sketchy, they are remodeling so only couple of buildings are working. Our room was on the 3rd floor which smelled clean unlike the fist floor. Room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillow clean!! For the price it was good.

Could be a real nice hotel when finished the front did look like picture but that's all.

Stopped in front but wrong hotel. Had bullet holes in main window lady at counter said follow me to other hotel in back. Looked great but lots of work being completed. Also at 9 am they had work on fire alarms which should of waited to after check out times. Carpet a mess.

What I did like is how clean the facility is and how nice and find the staff housekeeping is wonderful they keep up on whatever you need as far as the front office there's only two girls that are really really sweet and nice and I like their the other ones are just rude

I didn't like the area because for one it's Hosmer Hosmer is very ghetto and has a lot of hoodlums and thugs the lingering around also don't like how the price fluctuates every single day and it doesn't seem to get any lower when I'm booking online

It was nice and clean and very quiet perfect

It was exactly what I expected and I enjoyed it there was nothing bad about it
