Very friendly staff. Shout out to Robert- he was fantastic! Location was a walkaway to many restaurants and stores. Room was clean, spacious and surprisingly modern. It was the perfect hotel to rest off i81 on way to Florida

The breakfast was good but lacked some healthier options like whole wheat bread, oatmeal or even a fruit would have been nice. Otherwise it was a waffle maker, sausage patties, white breads, sugared cereals. The coffee was good and the staff person was nice and ensured tables, counters were clean and food restocked. She was very attentive.

We appreciated how the readily staff accommodated our bicycles as we didn't trust leaving them overnight on our car. Every shift was readily accepting and eager to help, even offering to keep behind the desk which was a minimal work space as it was. Totally appreciated!

Too many truck/trailers taking up considerable parking spaces. They were even still there til later in the morning. We had to park in another hotel lot.

Breakfast was good. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet.

We arrived late (after 9 pm). Parking was limited, partly because tracker trailers were taking up multiple spots in the front of the building. We had to park behind the building instead, which made me nervous that late at night. Would have thought larger vehicles would be better in the back of the building (but maybe that is me being selfish).

Location was stellar. Breakfast was so-so. The eggs and sausage were rapidly cooling. The bread was moldy. No plain water available. Coffee and fruit were good. Room was nice and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Our biggest complaint was with the temperature and humidity in the room. It was EXTREMELY humid, and the heating/cooling unit didn't seem to be able to handle it. Granted, the weather outside was just as hot and humid, but typically you can escape from that once inside.

The hotel was literally just a couple of minutes away from JMU which we were visiting for Accepted Students Day. The room was very clean, we were given an extra bed for my son, which fit in the room without any issues with space. There were plenty of outlets for us to charge our phones while sleeping. Breakfast was good, although it seemed that the woman at the front desk was alone and was having a little bit of trouble keeping the breakfast bar stocked up... The pool wasn't open due to being out of season. Overall, it was a great stay at a very reasonable price! There was even a night light in the bathroom!!

We had a connecting-type room, and our neighbors weren't being particularly loud, but we could hear everything they were saying. My kids had some trouble falling asleep because of that. On the flip side, I snore, and I hope I didn't keep our neighbors up!!

The young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice and welcoming...great parking..coffee in the lobby was good...our room was very clean and comfortable. If we ever travel this way again, we would stay here. Reasonably priced.

No ice machine on the 3rd floor where we were staying.

The location was great as we were heading to home in NJ from Tennessee and stopped here for the night. Room was clean. You could walk to various restaurants right across the street from hotel without driving so that’s a plus. Also a Walmart as well

My husband prefers firmer mattress as he’s had back surgery. But that’s just a personal preference. Our bathroom had a Mildewy smell maybe water leaking under the tub. As for breakfast we were a bit disappointed. My husband went down at 6:30 and ate alone. They had powdered egg mix and sausage and waffles plus oatmeal,cereal and donuts etc. I came down at 8:20 and no eggs left only cereal and cold stuff. I stayed until 9:00 and nothing else was brought out with many guests still coming in for breakfast. So that was disappointing

The staff was friendly. It was conveniently located. The room was very clean. For example, when my husband used one of the hotels white towels to wipe up some water in the bathroom floor, the towel did not get dirty. My husband even commented that you could tell the cleaning staff was doing a good job cleaning, because if the floor was not being cleaned well, the towel would have shown dirt just wiping up the water. We also both commented on how comfortable the beds were.

We have no complaints about anything.

The staff was friendly and very much engaged which was nice to see. Don't see employees that goes above and beyond their duties very often. The facilities were exceptionally clean. This Quality Inn should be a 3 star hotel instead of a 2 star. I would rate it at a 10.

Sometimes the door key card wouldn't work.

The staff were exceptional. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly welcome and smile from a fellow staff member who was decorating for Christmas. He was so very pleasant every time i walked in and out of the lobby. The Christmas tree was very pretty. He was on a ladder still decorating on Sunday and again he was as pleasant as I first walked in to check in. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was fantastic, clean, comfortable and with a free breakfast ,which was also perfect, clean and orderly. And we'll attended. I will definitely choose this hotel again. I was there under sad circumstances,my brother's funeral, so having the warm kindness I received and comfort was really appreciated. Thank you.

.I'm sorry, but I don't like breaded meat patties,biscuits and gravy. Yuck. I did enjoy my waffles, eggs and orange juice. Yum.
