the location was amazing, right in the heart of theatre land!

wash hand basin in bedroom not bathroom meant couldn’t wash hands after visiting toilet without touching handles to get back in the bedroom

Very nice hotel that was centrally located in Covent Garden/Strand. The room had a great view and was spacious. There was a lovely towel warmer in the bathroom and a nice little couch to sit on and a table with two chairs to sit at. The bed was also comfortable and had nice light blocking shades which were remote controlled.

The fridge was a little small. It could really only hold a couple of drinks and a take away box or two. If you plan on doing any real cooking you will need to shop for ingredients daily. If you're using the facilities just to warm up food, it should work fine. Also it would be nice to have luggage racks as to avoid placing and opening luggage on the floor.

We had a wonderful time in London. The hotel's location was fantastic, conveniently close to all major attractions. We were able to walk everywhere except Camden Town, only took the tube once during our stay. The fully equipped kitchen and the storage space under the bed were highly appreciated. The reception staff was exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile, and the complimentary drinks at the reception were a nice touch.

We were unhappy with the cleaning but thanks to Savio's outstanding customer service it was all sorted.

Great location. Close to covent market, transportation, and all the sites are in walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. Equipped kitchen, bottles of water and milk in the fridge included.

The room was very small for two individuals, but might be fine for a couple. There were some small problems in the room, but the staff fixed everything quickly.

I really liked the location and the room facilities I enjoyed the drinks available at reception when we came back to our room at night.

I would have liked a larger shelf/cube on the bedside closest to bathroom and a shelf on the bedside closest to the window would have been useful as no where to put stuff. I would have also liked a couple shelves under the bathroom sink instead of the suitcase with the towels. It looked cute but more room for my toiletries would have been better. It was difficult to get out of bed from the window side. Being a little older my husband had difficulty getting in and out of the bed on the platform. I also put the sign out daily to have my rubbish removed but this wasn’t done on any day.

Good location, more or less everything you needed in the room. Clean I liked the addition of the milk and water available to use in the fridge Nice shower with lovely smelling toiletries Easy to use tv and my daughter found it straight forward to link her screen to it to watch her favourite programme Great black out blind Lovely to have the facility to leave bags if early for check in and taken to room by time checked in - very efficient. Good comfy bed so had good nights sleep

Reception staff friendly but wasn’t sure if the building offered any other services such as food etc. I couldn’t easily see explanations in the room on how to use the touch panels although they may have been there they weren’t obvious so took awhile to work them all out. Basin not in bathroom was a bit strange No where to put cup of tea or coffee next to window side of bed

We wamted to book in at 11am but when we got there we’re told booking.com should not have promised that 😞

Staff were super, very friendly and attentive. Great location, clean with good shower. Tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits all in the room.

Room was very small, it was meant to be set up as a twin so I expected separate beds but whilst the mattresses were split they were together and I had to climb over the top of the bed as no floor space. Bed really only for one person.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Wilde Staycity Covent Garden. The hotel is in the middle of everything; close to the bus stations and, within walking distance to major points of interest (i.e., Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, etc.). While our room (studio with king bed) was a bit tight, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests for additional supplies (water, milk, etc.). I must give a shout out to the maintenance manager (Mr. Sachin (sp?)), who personally provided us with great instructions on how to operate the keypads for the lights, kitchenette appliances and window curtains. He even checked on us during our stay. With this experience, I will stay with Staycity anytime, anywhere. Thank you for making our visit to London a memorable one!

Incredibly safe property inside and safe neighborhood. Very small lobby means no one goes up elevator without being seen by staff. Elevator is key card operated. Staff is very responsive and accountable for solving any issues. Use of WhatsApp to contact staff seemed a bit impersonal at first but prompt responses helped that over time. Very clean rooms and feather pillows a real plus. When the boiler went out and we were without hot water one morning, guests were given a note under the door and then greeted downstairs with an immediate acknowledgment and apology and explanation of expected repairs.

No lobby to relax in and see other humans, very small reception area meant it was easily overcrowded by arriving or departing guests becoming a bit difficult to thread your way through and very limited seating area for someone to wait in who you are meeting. When the boiler went out and we were without hot water one morning, guests were greeted downstairs with an immediate acknowledgment and apology and explanation of expected repairs.
