My room was quiet, always clean. Mr. Jasvere Singh made sure of it and that I my room were supplied with necessary items. Thank you very much Mr. Singh. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, same for the staff at the gym which I usually visit to do some strength building exercises. On the other hand, the hotel is nicely located in the Tourist area of Abu Dhabi and is close to the three best malls: the Dubai and the Gallerias at walking distance, and the Reem Mall which is just few minutes by taxi, this is the newest mall. The hotel internet is fast, I had no issues working from my room and anywhere in the hotel. I decided to extend my stay and would highly recommend if you come for business or leisure.

I have no comments, I am really satisfied and lucky to have experienced staying at this hotel. I would only recommend to keep it up making happy customers.

Studio room was spacious and have the necessities, even cooking appliances. Location was quite central to easily access around the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool and gym seems reasonably good. Buffet breakfast was reasonably good.

Should be more child friendly as knife was stored in bottom cabinet drawer, microwave bottom cabinet (without cabinet door), washing machine bottom (without cabinet door), glass coffee table, glass laptop table that easily fall. Didn't feel the room was clean enough, and when check-in carpet was wet at some/few part of the room. Also a staff was inside the room when we check in and going to the room. A couple of basic hotel toiletries and items wasn't provided unless requested.

The room is spacious and clean and has a convenient kitchenette. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The TV system in the room needs to be upgraded. The channels are mostly in Arabic and there are limited English channels. The overall channel list and screen quality are very poor. It would be nice to have satellite tv channels (such as movie channels), Netflix, and Chromecast options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for Al Maryah Island. Plenty of shopping/food options nearby. Pool is excellent. Gym is good too. Lifeguards superb. Highly recommend both for solo work travellers and those with family too.

Sadly, the windows in my room didn’t fully seal so there was road noise. This was not the case for my work colleagues.

My son and i had a wonderful stay at the aparthotel, right from check in the team Zoe, Riza , Jeffery were excellent. i cant forget our house keeping assistant Gita, what a wonderful job she did ensuring that our apartment was neat, did our dishes too. and finally the head chef Maren who never forgot how we like our eggs and coffee, he took on this responsibility, we had freshly made juice for our breakfast every morning to me this is a big plus since many hotels i have been to in the UAE serve juice from the packet.

i didn't like the fact that there is a smoking zone at the swimming pool area, its inconveniencing especially for someone that has allergy issues.

The hotel offers a nice breakfast, has a friendly staff, and is located near the city beach, Louvre, and Sole Beach. Additionally, there is a rooftop pool available for guests.

The room size (quite small for a family with two children), the extra crib for a 4-year-old child was uncomfortable and too small, and the balcony could not be blocked from children.

Room service has this attitude of not providing some of the things listed as complementary whereas they have in stock. Even to the least shower cap they will not provide, and please don't ask me to call and demand. It's their job and they know quite well that these are for the rooms. I don't need to tip daily to be provided with those as if im buying them. It is bad, it should stop.

Friendly helpful service and clean spacious room. Good location in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

No outdoor space, ie.pool, but it was a short taxi ride to the beach. No bar as it is a dry hotel. However this wasn't an issue for us. We used their sister hotel a 10 minute walk away for their bar facilities.

Breakfast was amazing! A lot of delicious dishes, fruits and drinks. The location is good as well. Apartments are enormous for one person.

It would be just perfect if the furniture was renovated. Also if there would be detergent it would be just perfect. Cause after a long trip you don't want to buy whole package of detergents just to wash one pile of clothes

Racquel was very accomodating. Went out of her way to make my stay comfortable from confirming my booking and sending me the video of the room 👌. The in room breakfast is delicious & convenient.

The chairs has pointed corners. I bumped myself there causing bruises.
