The constant request for your room number by the staff at every step you take is annoying , unrefined, and also denotes poor organizational skills in some operations without annoying the customer . You have to state your room number at every station, like a military check point . Sometimes it is even asked 2 or 3 times by the same person despite the fact that you have already passed that way . If you want to order a coffee and pay for it right away the first question you are asked anyway is “ room number sir “ . You should change your approach and ask first how you want to pay. When I’m on vacation I just want to relax and be not stressed by questions all the time

Staff was extremely helpful and flexible. Saleh on reception has done an amazing job - best reception in Abu Dhabi and probably whole of Middle East. Friendly, supportive, polite, helpful.

at times it felt that there is not enough air in the room. we stayed in 1 bedroom and our windows can not be opened. only 1 elevator goes to 21st floor. More info on facilities for children in AD Mall, Beahc Rotana, nearby would have been helpful. Need to find ways to entertain kids especially in summer time.

The apartment was a good size and setup for our family staycation. The staff were friendly and appreciated the location. We also enjoyed the amenities - pool and beach.

There was a major water leak from the ceiling at the entrance to the apartment. Maintenance responded swiftly and fixed the situation however it was unfortunate that we had to experience it during our stay.

The rooms are newly decorated, so quite fresh and modern. It was very helpful for the accommodation to be attached to a large mall.

The car parking and entrance from the car park was not clearly sign-posted and difficult to spot. There was very little in the way of cooking and eating equipment and utensils in the kitchen. The hair dryer was not working. After discovering this on the first morning, I reported it and we left for the day. On the second morning, still nothing had been done. So I had to leave the hotel with wet hair for 2 days in a row.

The hotel staff was kind and attentive, there was a small glitch upon arrival and they made sure to compensate us and pamper us above and beyond. Thanks to George at the reception for the kind attitude towards us and also to the manager. The suites are very spacious and pleasant, the location of the hotel is excellent right in the center of the city.

The beds and pillows need improvement. The pool is a bit far from the hotel

Staff is great and helpful. Room is also nice and clean.

The location of the property has no signs to lead you into the parking. It’s extremely confusing. You are entering a mall parking and need to guess where to go. NO SIGNS. For how much i paid I would expect in the fridge water and something to nibble.

the location and the staff amazing friendly and very cooperative, the mall in under the hotel you can go by the elevator, all types of restaurants around you , the beach is fantastic and the swimming pool was exceptional 😁 the reception staff were amazing also .

the only disadvantage was that no wall electrical socket near the bed , and its type D , and no usb opening in the room . the reception of all suite usually 1 person some times u will take time to do check in .

It is spacious and clean, the staffs are accomodating

it was very comfy to stay in all suites but the no taxi infront of the hotel, you need to go inside Abudhabi mall and go to taxi lane.. not good when you have luggage or bags.. plus the beach and pools in all suites was far. even they have service going there it was not accesible.. alos there are no socket for charher in the other room.

All little things that matters alot eg shoe polish sewing kit extra its amazing

Nwadays its time for digital and paperless so everything is included in mobile so thy should accept all IDs in mobile eg passport

I truly enjoyed my stay. My family was very pleased with everything. The staff was exceptional. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Saleh, Phyo, Ah were exceptionally helpful, kind and considerate. They were two other staff members who were also great. They shuttled us to the mail Rotana to use the pool and the restaurants. Splendid!!
