Beautiful house, comfortable rooms, extremely well run B&B. The owner (Arden) is a step ahead of any guest' needs and that really makes the difference: great communication and perfect instructions; checking in and out was quick and easy; lay out was great, exceptional cleanliness, and lovely bathroom. It is a gem. Property is very close to town but very private behind gates, with plenty of space for car parking and a lovely quiet garden area . Room was comfortable, wonderfully decorated and everything provided for a complimentary breakfast on first morning was just perfect. We will definitely return.

The Malt House is really lovely! From the locations privacy/security aspect through to the correspondence with the owner and everything you need in your room. Every step of a persons stay has clearly been well-thought out like checking-in/out quickly and easily, the food and other items in the room, the lay-out of their little fruit salad in the fridge, dressing-gown, exceptional cleanliness, usb ports galore, long mirror, lighting, hangers, great use of space, dimming-light bathroom mirror and more. It's a gem! It was made especially delightful by the correspondence of the lovely and hospitable Arden who is managing the place brilliantly. When I went through the gate and parked up, I felt it was a "posh" place with it's gravel driveway, lovely little gardens and décor. I can't go on about this enough: everything about it was spot-on.

Breakfast was not included but the owner left a very substantial breakfast for your first morning. The finishing touches were fab, no expense spared, we had a smeg kettle and the toiletries were rituals. We also had dressing gown/slippers left in room for us.

When you come out through the front door, there is a step which is not very obvious, so quite easy to fall down. Especially if vision not very good.

What a special gem of a place, with incredible hospitality from the owner with the most amazing little touches. The photos don’t do it enough justice. It’s only 45min from Oxford and about 40min from Silverstone GP Circuit Location is awesome … you can walk to the supermarket or to a wide variety of great restaurants There is safe off street parking Our ensuite bedroom was super spacious - Arie mentioned that they are doing a huge revamp in September. You can sit outside in the beautiful immaculate garden, which has so much love put into it Nothing is too much to ask Hugely recommended

Room was immaculate, bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Host was lovely. Got given a better room than booked. Beautiful house. Would love to go back. Perfect location while I was on a night film shoot down the road. Loved the old framed theatre posters.

Double bed but I don't care, It was like sleeping on a cloud! I didn't get to meet the cat :( Gate isn't obvious from the road in the dark.

Lovely property. the room was very clean and the and facilities were quality, and the bed very comfortable. The simple, healthy breakfast included was well-thought-out, and the coffee really good. Excellent communication from owner

Beautifully presented spacious rooms, decor shows great attention to detail. Fresh bottled milk, continental breakfast and snacks provided in the room fridge, with fluffy robes and slippers for that post bath/shower relaxation

Beautiful house, grounds, room was absolutely amazing, bathroom better than a 5 star hotel. Lovely little touches to make your stay more comfortable. Stay here,you will not be disappointed.

Fab location for waterside theatre. Attention to detail & cleanliness of room (room 3) 2nd to none. Stunning gardens, beautiful room and great hosts. This place is an absolute gem.
